So many protein bars have ingredients you can't even pronounce and are super high in calories not to mention they really don't taste very good. Kize, on the other hand, has only a few ingredients, nothing artificial and taste delish. My personal favs are the Peanut Butter Honey and the Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. They're great for a quick snack when you're headed out the door or just to tide you over until dinner. And, at 200 or so calories, they don't break the calorie bank.

These are my favorite go to bars in the morning or for a snack. They have clean ingredients and actually taste delicious!! I have a very sensitive stomach and certain proteins effect me but these do not!! Will continue to purchase these!!

These bar are delicious buy expensive- wouldnt say totally worth it but still super yummy- I dont like that they need to be refrigerated.

I sent these as an anniversary gift and they were delighted with them. They are a quick, easy, and very tasty snack prior to working out or for any excursion you may undertake.
