I had ordered the women's Kutting Weight neoprene shirt and pants. I ordered those, based on the raving reviews and found the top way too tight for my arms (I lift weights and have large arms) so I couldn't use the top and the pants fit okay, but I found them extremely uncomfortable so won't wear them. I generally wear a woman's S/XS, but read the reviews on this Heavy Duty Sweat Suit and ordered a medium. Happily, I LOVE THIS SUIT!! I wear sweatpants and a sweatshirt under it to absorb the sweat and by the time I'm done training, they're both soaked. I bike to warm up, do super-sets with weights, lower body training, back to the bike and finally stretch. Putting this suit thru all those motions isn't an issue at all. This thing is SO well put together, has 2 layers (and I can't imagine how anyone would train without clothing under this) and insulates VERY well. I had contemplated buying a 2 person sauna to help remove toxins, but figured I'd give this suit a shot and see if I could save a couple thousand bucks and high electric bills. So for me, this is MUCH better than the Kutting Weight top and pants I paid over 100 bucks for. Live and learn. To wash it, I just do that under the shower after I'm cleaned up then hang it to dry. It's dry by the next day so I can use it again. This is SO great, I'm ordering another - as I'm stepping up my training to twice a day. This is an awesome, awesome suit!!

This sauna suit is very durable…. Heavy duty material that does rip like those cheap gray suit that they sell at sporting good stores. I recommend this suit to everyone. I’m 6’2 and weigh 344 lbs. I got a 4xl suit. The top fits perfect. The pants a a little bit tighter. I’m going to wait till I lose a little more weight to start putting on the pants. Best durable material. Buy this product if you are looking for a sauna suit that lasts.

Ok, I've worked out with this sauna suit roughly a month(primarily the top) and I must say it pretty good. The quality is heavy duty and can survive fairly intense workouts. Now I must admit I mainly jog in the suit I don't lift weights or do any aerobic exercises.It has pockets: the top & bottoms. Velcro around the cuffs and ankles with seem pretty good. Bottom line it's worth the money. I've only had to wash it once it doesn't hold and foul smells or sticky sweat residue.Sizing is the one issue everyone may have. I ordered a 6X b/c reviews were saying get a size large. I'm 6'1 weight range 210-215. And the top fits me just right. There is extra room around the midsection but the arms and shoulder area fits well.My only complaint is I wish there were a drawstring around the waist or Velcro to tighten up the waist area. But it's not to much of an issue I just tuck it into my compression tights. I'd buy this again for sure.UPDATE: The top did eventually rip around the midsection but I can't complain to much it lasted about 6 months with being worn 5 days a week while exercising!

I ordered this for doing barre work and yoga. I also ordered about 2 sizes too big where the top actually goes down to my knees (I'm 5'6") LOL. But it's all good! I'm so impressed with it because others I've used in the past would just rip after the 2nd or 3rd time wearing. This one is still going strong. Easy to wash as I put a little Purex in cold water and put it on the gentle cycle and then hang it up to air dry in no time. Highly recommended to all.

Ordered this suit with moderate expectations and was pleasantly surprised. This is the best Sauna suite that i've ever had. It is light, comfortable and extremely effective. I had to order it 2 sizes above what I would normally order (this was exactly what the reviews that I read said to do). I am very happy and this suit is the bomb. I've had no problems with this suit and I'd recommend it for any person that is willing to do a little work to lose weight. I'm down 25 pounds in the last month (with a good diet and this suit and daily exercise). I'm very happy with this experience.

This suit is super small. I'm a 2x and went big thinking I would just tape if it was too big. I ordered 4x and I'm stuffed in here like a sausage. I bent to sit down and the pants ripped wide open. Even with my spanx under, this stuck to my body like I wrapped up in seran. I just tried to take it off and it caught on my elbows at shoulder level and ripped. Straight to the garbage this goes. I would have been better off buying another 9 dollar suit from Wal-Mart. They made it through a full Zumba class at least and brought a lot more sweat.

I ordered a 5X for room in this item. The sizing is WAY off. A 5X might be a Large or 1X max. The company refunded my purchase amount including shipping immediately upon receipt. But I am still out the Priority Mail shipping cost of 10.80.I was really disappointed as I was anxious to use with my personal sauna.I rated this item 3 stars which is being generous for the overall experience. The item itself appeared to be accurate per the description but durability could not be determined as it could not be worn. Did not want to risk damaging the product by forcing it on. the only area that stretches is the neck band. The garment is made out of a rain coat fabric or close. It does not stretch.

The sweat suit really surprised me by it's high quality. It is actually 2 layers. The only problem I had was the shipping kept getting lost. I was concerned but seller assured me it was on its way. I will admit I was very weary... The suit did eventually show up and I am very happy it did. I would say it was ALMOST worth the wait. The seller was very kind, but really needs to figure out on his end why they seem to have these shipping issues a little to often. You will be very pleased with the suit especially compared to most sporting goods quality ..... they always seem to tear within a week or so. This one is so strong, I don't know how that would be possible.
