I originally received the wrong product with my order, but the way the company handled the situation was truly impressive. As soon as I reached out, their customer service team responded quickly and professionally. They apologized for the mix-up and immediately took action to make it right. Great customer service, will reply quick. Great bike I can travel anywhere in my city and not worry about battery as well as leaving and returning home twice in the same day without recharging while living in the mountains and it goes up hills like nothing.

I really love the bike it's absolutely fantastic. My only concern is that this is the second time I bought an ebike and even though they are different brands they both have back break concerns. When you get an ebike the back wheel is already attached but my concern is that there are two break pads for the disk breaks and one of them rubs on the disk. When you squeeze the break the outer pad squeezes the disk but when I'm squeezing the break the inner pad rubs on the disk as I'm riding the bike. The only time I don't hear it rubbing is when I squeeze the break to slow down. I fear that this will wear down not just the pad but also the disk itself. The next concern i have is the back motor. It seems like the back motor makes some kind of noise when it first starts up going past 5-10 miles and hour. This process happens every time you stop and start moving again and I can't tell what's making it do this other than it's happens inside the motor itself. Other than these two concerns I love the bike, it only went 25 mph at first but I unlocked it's advanced setting so the fastest I've gone is 41.5. The bike is quite bike so if you don't have a lot of room to store it than this bike might not be a good option because it's practically a motorcycle with hood big and heavy it is but I still love it. I have charged it once when I first got it and I have put over 40 miles on it and have 54 percent battery on it still so I know I have plenty of battery for plenty of miles to come. You just are going to have to play with the advance settings a bit because of how sensitive the throttle and peddle assist is. I have almost ran into some things a few times because I barely touched the peddle but as I stated I went through the advance settings and adjusted it to my preferences.

I’ve had the Eahora Romeo Pro 2 for just under 3 weeks and this bike lives up to all the hype. The ride is smooth and stable, and the power is abundant. The bike has 4 different drive modes. Single front, single rear, dual wheels and high performance dual wheels. In any of the 4 wheel selection this bike has tons of power and lots of speed. On top of incredible performance, the Romeo Pro 2 is one of the best looking e-bikes on the road. Beautiful and balanced design, cables and wiring well wrapped and concealed and the black color with red and gold accents looks oh so good. Always turns heads and gets lots of compliments. I chose the 20” wheel version instead of the 26” because the shorter wheels gives it more of a motorcycle look. I stand 6 feet tall and it’s a comfortable seating and steering position for me. One thing you should be aware of is the Romeo Pro 2 is a heavy bike. Even the shorter 20” wheel model weights in around 140 pounds with about 30 of those pound being the battery alone. But a big battery means super long distance range. On a full charge and riding in pure electric mode,which is really the only way to ride this beast, you’ll get anywhere from 80 to 100+ mile range. The 4 piston hydraulic breaks aren’t just for show, they’re very smooth and have excellent stopping power. This is my second e-bike and in comparison to my first it’s feels like going from an Hyundai to a brand new Lexus. Very happy with this purchase.

Very disappointed. 1- took me a few days to figure out how to start the bike., There are no instructions on how to start the battery or where the battery power button is. 2-The bike I chose is supposed to go 34 MPH, but the max speed I get is 20.8 MPH. The page description says the bike runs at 34 mph, but that's not true... Their answer was that, for safety reasons, the speed is 20 MPH... If that is the case, they should include that in the description so we don't assume the bike is set to a specific speed. I tried to make the return, and the seller said that shipping is expensive; it is better to reconsider and keep it, offer $50, etc. just want to share my experience with the public.
