Wow... That's all I can say. This was an upgrade to an old manual screen. Absolutely unbelievable. The quality on the picture alone was worth the upgrade.Incredible quality. I initially installed it incorrectly and part of the screen got caught internally and was twisted... Low and behold I simply reset it, twisted the screen casing back and it was perfect!!! No rips tears or kinks. Truly can't praise this product enough. Only minor criticism is the remote control is line of sight, so make sure you're pointing straight at it. Bought as a first foray into projectors. The price was a bit part of the attraction as I wasn't sure whether I would want to use a projector much, so not too much money to lose if I didn't like it, and not of the hassle of a permanent installation. I first looked at pull up screens of a similar price, but they would block my centre speaker and interfere with the sound. This screen on a tripod was the perfect alternative. It comes in a convenient storage bag, around a metre in size, so fits in a corner of the room when not in use.Getting the screen out and set up takes around 5 minutes. The tripod feels a little flimsy when setting up, but is fine once the screen is in place. There is a good amount of height adjustment in the tripod, and this locks firmly in place, although can be a bit awkward to set if you are doing it from the front of the screen. Screen can show some waves, but a quick shake or two of the screen once mounted seems to sort that out.This will get replaced at some point in the future by a ceiling mounted screen, but this is letting me work out first of all the preferred image size and location for the screen first. With the short set up time, I am in no rush to change.

I had been looking around for a screen of this size for a while and thought that this one might be too good to be true at this price. I was wrong - it has exceeded my expectations. It arrived quickly and well packaged. Putting it together was fairly easy though as other reviewers have mentioned, the instructions are not in English. However the pictures are clear and this did not prove much of an issue. I would recommend that you do this with a helper though as once assembled, it is very floppy until mounted on the wall. Once up it looks great though the screen surface is perfectly flat and uniform in colour. The velvet frame adds a classy touch that makes it look far more expensive than it was. It even comes with a sticky lint roller to clean off any fuzz stuck to it - a nice touch! Only dropping a star for the non English instructions.

Yep my previous screen had seemed large, but this 3m screen really has been an excellent upgrade. Arrived very well packaged in a box with reinforced corners, so fears of receiving a 3.5m box shaped like a banana were quickly dispelled.Taking advantage of replacing my ceiling plasterboard I had already fitted thick plywood sheets between the joists in the area of the screen ends so the 2 screws at each end of the screen simply screwed into the ceiling plywood for a nice solid fitting. Those searching for joists to fit too may have more of a problem, though there is always the option for wall fitting.Once fitted the screen pulls down easily and locks in place simply, returning the screen is equally simple and a far easier process than my previous manual screen which required a certain knack to return it.Very happy with image quality, I use this screen in a darkened room using a Sanyo 1080p projector and bluray image is excellent even dvd scales up to this size without major issue, yes a softer image but still very watchable.In conclusion a big screen for a very reasonable budget, looks good in operation and is tidy and unobtrusive (considering its size) when not in use.

Easy to put up, easy to store and surprisingly small when packed away. Good screen BUT there isn't enough tension in the arms meaning the screen isn't taut and flat so the projected image is distorted.

Used as home cinema screen.Great image, much better than projection on to a white wall (my first go).Dead easy to assemble. Looks the bizz. There was a bit if a wave in the material from top right to bottom left but I think this may have been because of a normally unnoticeable, uneven floor.Easy for one person to assemble but two people makes it easier stillI have to take down after a film night. Timing myself to set up projector, screen and sound equipment took me 12 minutes, shorter time to take down - I wasn't rushing!Screen comes in a nice neat bag, with compartments for the support struts.In my experience the screen did not need to be set up for anytime before use, it was flat and fine from the unpacking. Good quality opaque material that does not crease easily. Recommended.
