Is this blanket quite? I wanted to use it while hunting

I agree with all of the previous answers. Quiet enough. My only contribution to this discussion would be to give you some semi-scientific data. I downloaded a free decibel meter for my phone and measured the noise level of the jungle blanket, a wool blanket and a mylar blanket. Here's what I found:Wool: +15 dB over ambient noiseJungle: +15 dB over ambient noise (I was surprised by this)Mylar: +30 dB over ambient noiseI hope this helps.

Warm as or warmer than a GI poncho liner?

My husband has his pancho liner from his time in the Marine Corps, and he says no comparison! This is much warmer! The tradeoff, is that the Snugpak blanket is smaller...
