Not the Best
Contains more erithrytol than norbu. Taste is worse than other brands I've tried. Personally, I suggest you purchase xylitol from 100% North American Hardwood as a natural sweetener. There are many other brands on Amazon that sells excellent version of these products.

I do enjoy erythritol a lot -- but not at this price ...
Sadly, this was nearly 100% erythritol. I mean, I do enjoy erythritol a lot -- but not at this price point. The Monk Fruit was a very minor component.That said, it does taste great -- as erythritol always does!

The closest taste to cane sugar. I wish it were available in larger sizes for baking, and cheaper. Norbu has the corner on the market at the moment, as this tastes superior to In Monk Fruit The Raw or Nectreese. No bitter aftertaste, great for drinks. I haven't baked with it yet though, since baking requires large amounts of this stuff, and that's expensive.
