April 14, 2019 : Got the bag today. The bag needs a harder liner inside because this is flimsy as F. Also needs dividers for food so your food doesnt fly around on each other inside the bag!!I purchased this for UE. Its plenty big. And the insulation looks good. Just needs a mix of dividers for this bag.5/20/2019: the bag is still doing great. nothing wrong with the bag so far.I cut out cardboard liners for the bag at home, took me about half an hour to cut the right ones, so the bag would hold its shape while I was transporting food from local restaurants for deliveries.The merchants I pick the food up from and the customers all appreciate I show up for the job with the right equipment. This bag gets me good ratings on Uber eats and Door dash and it gets me extra tips.I have contacted Bluevoy to see if they can help me turn this 3 star review into a 5 star.Still needs some liners that won't go bad from water moisture, etc. that I can easily remove and set up again inside the bag to separate drinks, food, etc.edit: 3/6/2020changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 after bluevoy made things right.Aside from the obvious griping earlier from me, I also bought a 2nd bluevoy bag and cut out a skeleton for that one as well.this is a super hi-quality bag and its a really great design.

I love these bags! I am an active Instacart shopper. I use these bags for every transaction. I love them. I have two. I kind of wish I had three. These bags are so strong. I can get three paper grocery bags to comfortably. ( they are not as tall as a paper bag (which would be nice if they were), but they work.I get compliments on them all of the time from other shoppers and how great of an idea it is to have them. The bags fit perfectly in the Aldi shopping carts. Cub- you have to scrunch them to get them to fit, but it’s doable. The bags are very strong. I haven’t had any tearing or fraying. They keep the food cool in the summer. ( I have not had to use for hot food yet, so I can’t say how hot it keeps things) I would imagine it would do really well. One thing that I wish these bags had, are handles on the shorter sides. While the strap handles get the job done, on heavier loads, it would be nice to be able to carry it closer to my body than to use just one or both arms to awkwardly carry it. Also as the bags get used, I have noticed that the shape of the bags has become stretched out. They are not as formed anymore. The bottom tends to sag. I’ve thought about putting a board in the bottom go keep it more flat, but then I thought that would probably just make it heavier and I think it would still stretch anyway. I usually average putting around 50-70 pounds in these bags. (canned goods, and packs of soda are heavy). I’ve had the bags for a month now and have used them over 100 times. The zipper is strong. The pull came off of one of the bags. It still works.I would definitely recommend getting these bags.

I had these bags since December, and regularly use them for catering purposes and for large shopping trips. They are constructed very well and sturdy. Even fully loaded with full-size or half-size catering pans, they feel robust and don't buckle. The bags are very easy to clean inside, in case you spill some food, which is a huge plus. When using it for hot food, I add four to six hot pouches, and the food will easily remain hot (not just warm) for hours. They are also perfect for keeping food cold when paired with some freezer pouches, especially when shopping for perishable food items on hot days in Florida. If these bags should ever break or get to the point where they become unusable, I will definitely buy them again. I'm extremely pleased with the quality, sturdiness and performance for the money! Highly recommended!

It is very well constructed and looks very professional I love the plastic pouch on top so I can put the receipt in it to give to the customer. I will be delivering cakes so I wanted something that would fit a large 18x24 sheet cake and it works well for that plus I can fold it flat for storage. I also love that I can use this to bring home groceries too or take warm food to a potluck. My main goal though was to have a cooler that would easily fit the standard cakes I make and this fits the bill. I can easily deliver, cakes and cupcakes while keeping my buttercream perfectly cold so no melting buttercream.

I don't usually write reviews but here I am today. I hope that this review will assist someone else in making the decision when purchasing an insulated bag. It's huge!!! it looks good and it is sturdy. This bag can be used for multiple functions. Keeps food hot and drinks cold for several hours as indicated. The guys in my office are in love with it and have decided they will order it too. Thank you for making an exceptional product for those of us whose standards are usually set very high. Since it doesn't come with dividers I put in cardboard or foam to keep it in form and stabilize for carrying. I now have to order a smaller one for lower volume capacity.

Purchased this bag several weeks ago in order to test it out for Instacart deliveries. After having used it for about a month, this bag really surprised me. It has held up really well, where lesser bags have come apart and it has retained its shape, making it easy to load with groceries. The only thing I would change about this bag is handles. I think the addition of handles on either end of the bag would make carrying heavy loads easier. With that said, I still really like the bag. So much so, I purchased a second.

I received this bag and here in west Texas, it was 98 degrees outside. I enjoy driving with the wind in my hair. So I decided I wanted to get some ice cream to take home. I placed it in this bag and drove 45 minutes to my house with the windows down. It remained frozen when I got home and the inside of the bag was still cold.This bag is thicker than most cold bags that I purchased from either inside the store or on a website. They never kept the ice cream frozen like this one. This is the best cold storage bag that I have EVER Purchased and it works better than described. The size is larger than most coolers and almost as thick. It folds up for easy storage.
