Cannot figure out how to set up apn, the GPS track, message features do not wor
I was able to connect the watch with sim and the call feature works however the tracking feature does not work from the app. How do I fix it?It has been several days, I want to update my review. With the kind help from seller, the watch is working nicely. My eight years boy love it, and I can better organize the pick up time with him. Great customer service and great product too!Thanks!

I need help setting up
I can not get this watch to work! Can someone help me! I bought SIM cards off of here and speed talk is telling me they are not paid for I need to repay $5 and change

GPS tracking.
What I was looking for was a way of tracking her location so we always know where she is when we want to, a bit like the iPhone find friends feature, and i bought this GPS watches for kids mainly so we can track them at a holiday park while camping.I didn't want her having a phone because she would leave it everywhere, random people could phone her and people might nick it, I think it is safe to choose watch phone. So after reading reviews for GPS tracker watch I stumbled across this. Tracks her location, can text her, only set numbers can call her.Because I use it indoors, there is no signal, but when I have a signal, it shows ""Device offline"" in the app. I emailed the seller for help. They checked the parameters of the watch and found that there was a problem with the IP. They solved this problem for me, and the GPS tracker works so good.Pros:1. GPS track.2. Waterproof.3. Save the phone number to watch via APP, that can be called using SOS buttons.4. Programming phone number into phone book that can be accessed via the watch touch screen.5. My daughter she is 8 and thinks it’s great talking to me through his watch.Their service is great, just email them using the address inside the box. They came back to me promptly and were very good.
