Mine was left-ear only. Not a fun surprise. Be warned.
For some reason, this will only work for the left ear. There is a plastic stopper that prevents the microphone to be reversible like other similar referee headsets of its kind. My crew member who normally uses the earpiece on his left side said that the audio was good, and I could hear him well through his mic. It was just very annoying to buy a new product that you yourself cannot use because it doesn't allow you to choose which ear you can put it in. There's no warning in this description that this is designed for use in the left ear, hence my disappointment. It looks like I'll be sticking to VNETPHONE products from now on.
