Works great

Unlike the lubricants for dry eye, this product soothes your eyes immediately without the lasting blurred vision you get with the lubricants. It does not stain pillow cases or clothing. I do usually have to reapply during the night once because my eyes are just so dry. Lasts much longer than drops. I am having trouble finding the product right now. Am on the edge of my seat as it is really the only product I can say has worked for me long term. Love it.

This stuff is more like a gel. but no sting easy to apply and it feels like it moistens the eyes way better than Visine. and for a good Price

I have severe dry eyes and I have been looking for substitute for Muro drops and ointment for months. I can't find Muro anywhere plus it is crazy expensive. I saw this GenTeal gel and decided to give it a try. First of all, it really doesn't seem like a gel. It is more like slightly thicker drops. I was expecting a much thicker product. There's no stinging when I insert this gel into my eyes like with Muro but I guess the stinging is to stimulant the tear ducts and make them produce tears.This gel leaves my eyes blurry for a few minutes then they feel refreshed and much less dry. The lubrication lasts about six hours, sometimes more. I use this gel during the day and I just ordered the ointment to use at night. I am hoping it is thick and will keep my eyes lubricated all night. If so, I may have found my Muro substitutes. This is definitely better than regular eye drops and I will continue buying it.

i accidentally submitted my review for the Genteal Gel Drops without finishing it but if you read that, you'll see that I've had a long experience with adverse effects to other drops for dry eyes. Not GenTeals! I use this product right before I got to sleep. I had stopped using gels and ointments for Dry Eye Syndrome because they hurt so much and made it so hard to see in the morning. I have no problem with this Lubricating gel. It comes out of the tube like a thick eye drop. I have never awakened with blurry vision. These products are quite expensive but to me they are worth every cent because they are the first products that helped my dry eyes. I highly recommend them and I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I put this in my eyes before bed and they put moisture in my dry eyes. I only use this before bed cause it causes blurring because of the thickness of the drops. I do like how my eyes feel in the morning. This is a great product. It was recommended to me by my brother in law.

Arrived timely, in good condition and with a late 2025 use by date. GenTeal gel is a great follow-up eye drop to another dry eye product. It seems to keep moisture on the cornea longer than other drops. I have used GenTeal Severe Dry Eye Gel as a follow-up to FreshKote dry eye drops for years. Together, they keep me seeing and enjoying life.

Since using a CPAP device and finding that if it dislodges as I roll over in bed, air puffs into my eyes and, even when closed, this causes painful dry eyes. I tried many products, but this is one of the best, superseded only by Siccasan which is very difficult to obtain currently. Would recommend.
