Top quality at a seriously good price
Great value, handy tool. I'm an aircraft mech and use this regularly. Couldn't justify the price of a leatherman and to be fair the quality of this tool, I am very impressed. Should I need to replace this I will buy another one!

Very handy tool for gardening and DIY
Very neat, compact tool with a strong, solid feel. I particularly like the fact that each part, except for the pliers, is accessible with a single movement. With practice, you can do this one-handed.I wasn't sure I'd need the strap cutter, but it's proving very useful around the garden for slicing through thick stems. The two screwdrivers are a sensible size for most jobs and are designed so that you can get a lot of force behind them. The knife blade is quite short and lacks a point to the tip, though I haven't found this to be a major drawback yet. The blade is sharp. The pliers are very slightly misaligned at the tip, but not enough to be a problem. The cutting part of the pliers does seem to be aligned and works well. The belt clip, which is removable, is strong enough to keep the tool firmly attached to your waistband or pocket. The black coating on the tool is already starting to rub off at the edges after a few days of use. I don't think this detracts from the appearance, though.I already have a Leatherman Skeletool, but prefer this Gerber Crucial for its size, convenience, range of tools and ease of access. The only thing I miss from the Skeletool is a hole for a lanyard attachment.NB The blade has a locking mechanism, making the tool illegal for public carry in the UK - unless you have good reason.

Good build quality
Good build quality.Pity the pliers isn't sprung.Slightly heavier than I thought it would be, light enough to not notice when carried in a bag but I carry it with a small torch in my work trousers and I've noticed the weight.

Never knew I needed a rope cutter. Turns out i do!
This is a great little multitool I’ve been using it all over the summer and have found many uses for it. I particularly like the Rope cutter which is great for whittling down sticks which the kids love. The pliers don’t feel super sturdy but fine for most ad hoc purposes. The belt clip is also cracking as it allows you to hook it inside your pocket where it takes almost no space leaving you to keep phones and keys and other bits in there as well.

Small and compact but good safety tools
Small and compact but good safety tools. all the openers have locking mechanisms to avoid getting fingers caught. Robustly made and lightweight.

Good while it lasted
Nice sized, useful range of tools without any unnecessary gadgets. However, pliers are a bit flimsy. Tried to use to undo a reasonably well stuck shackle and they just snapped.
