While there are some brands who claim that a much more expensive time- or extended-release approach to Calcium AKG supplementation is superior, the vast majority of scientific studies designed to determine the effectiveness of human dietary supplementation with Calcium AKG have been conducted using immediate-release solid-dose formats, and so Toniiq’s product is made in this fashion. How many mg of actual calcium is there per capsule?

With 1500 mg of Calcium AKG per serving (3 capsules), the calcium content is 326.4 mg per serving. Because of some variability in testing methodologies and moisture content, we guarantee 300 mg of elemental Calcium per serving, or 100 mg per capsule.
