Great product!
Advised by my Dr. to use this gadget which is suppoto be better than dental floss. Purchased this! Great quality & works well. Easy to use, not easy to wash & dry. Wish there was a better way to dislodge, wash & fully dry the water container !

Efficiency of waterpic
I paid rs. 9000 for this waterpic. My wife bought Agaro brand for 3700 which gives more features like pulse jet and water lasts longer . Waterpic jet nozzle is too large , water gets over quickly .

Day to day use is not possible.
It is not easy to use, hence not recommended to purchase for daily usage.

battery not replaceable
i bought this product in may 2021 and exactly in may 2022 the battery has died.I contacted the seller if the battery can be changed but he said spare battery is not available.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AS IT COSTED ME AROUND 10K AND DIDNT EVEN LAST MORE THAN A YEAR.HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.GO WITH OTHER BRANDS.

Corners were cut, and this is what happened.
While a product like this does have potential, waterpik has cut several corners with this particular device that makes it an unattractive buy at this pricepoint.1) The water jet. It only has sufficient power to do a good job when the battery is full. And the battery takes a really long time to charge fully. If you floss twice a day, you will likely need to charge the device at least a few hours every day. In my opinion, they should have included the necessary circuitry to ensure the battery output remained uniform until the device ran out of charge.2)There is no battery level indicator. Therefore, you will need to eyeball the battery charge level based on the power of the water jet. Not the most scientific method.3)The device charges really slowly.If you travel a lot and need a flosser, then this might do as a second device. There may be better products out there. One thing is for sure. DO NOT buy this if it is to be your primary flossing device.
