Even cooking. Easy to clean. Look so good. Bought a set for my daughter-in-law and she absolutely loves them. In fact her mom bought a set also. Got a set of ‘spurtles’ to use with them for both of us. And not worried about any toxins leaking into the food.

The color and quality are superb

As a visually impaired person I've struggled to find good induction pans that stand out against my black hob. These white pans , inside and out are perfect. the finish is stunning, and they are the easiest to clean of any pan I've used. Nothing sticks to them and it takes no effort at all to wash them. Over many months now of use I can't detect any wear at all on the surface. The handles are really comfortable and the base is thicker than most and so the pan feels very stable. The lids fit very well and the handles don't get hot. Not sure of the need for the air vent in the lid as the pans have a pouring lip which means steam can escape that way . but its no problem in any way. I would say it takes these pans a tiny bit longer to heat up from the start because of the solid base but once going they have the same instant response to changes in temperature as any other induction pan, and the base means that heat is very eveninly distributed. The pouring lip is very useful but both my husband and i found it is on the wrong side of the pan for us. Although right handed we both tend to use our left hand to pour from pans if inddeed that is what we need to do and so the lip is on the wrong side of the handle. However we both found that It pours well with out the lip anyway and we both found we could easily swap hands and pour using our dominant hand so it's really just a quirk I think. Maybe we are just a bit of an odd pair of cooks. My only real criticism is that there aren't more in the range, one extra large saucepan would be really welcome, and it could be easier to buy them individually than it seems to be.

My daughter bought me the Carote cookware set & I added these 1.5 & 3 qt pots because I love cooking with Carote so much that I wanted a complete set. This cookware is pretty & the porcelain is still smooth & clean after 6 months of use. No pits or cracks! The pans are solid & durable with pretty glass lids. I was a little unsure of the wooden handles but they are great; waterproof & I’ve used them in the oven for short periods of time. But here is the BEST part, it REALLY is nonstick! Cleanup is a breeze because nothing sticks. Nothing! It’s amazing. I’m an avid cook & have been serving up meals almost nightly for 40 years & I have never loved a cookware set like I love this. I use the 10” skillet almost daily for high temp frying & sautéing & though the bottom porcelain has darkened some, it is still solid & completely non stick. Highly recommend!!!
