Brand name is enough
Black and decker is reliable product for my family. But company not providing any good service for old service, I want to repair my 10year old chopper, for which blade is broken by my servent, I contact company, but they said they have not parts, at any expenses I was ready to repair old chopper model -sc 300. This was a decent product of company.

Don’t buy under any circumstances
I bought this product and it failed within its guarantee period.I contacted their customer support and except for mails have got nothing.Bad product no support for guarantee claims.Amazon also does not help.During my last call to Amazon they hung up on me!

Must have in your kitchen to chop veges..
This model is strong built than its earlier model. Blade is well placed on its holder to chop even small quantity of vegetables. It's mechanism is quite strong and full jar is chopped to its required size in less than a minute!!Cleaning and fixing is very easy. Plastic unit is quite strong and can handle rough handling in kitchen.Only minus point is that it's slightly more noisy that its earlier model .. but this can be tolerated. Compared to other models available in market it's strongly built.

No service support response.
The chopper was working well and recently the blade part is broken, I tried their customer care thro mail and whatsapp, but no response, My suggestion is before buying any product from Black and Decor try to test their responses thro mail or phone. I never expected such poor response from well established brand. Worst experience.

FABULOUS PRODUCT
I READ IN OTHER REVIEWS THAT IT IS TOO SMALL FOR FAMILIES BUT RIGHT FOR 2 PERSONS. INFACT I HAD A KENWOOD MUCH SMALLER ONE WHICH LASTED ME 6 YEARS IN MY RESTAURANT . WHAT I LOVED ABOUT THIS PRODUCT IS LOW POWER CONSUMPTION AND I BET WITH MY EXPERIENCE I CAN COOK FOR 20 PERSONS WITH THIS PRODUCT EASILY. IT'S EASY TO USE AND CLEAN AND REAL VALUE FOR MONEY.FABULOUS I AM HAPPY.
