Organic raw wildflower honey at an affordable price, & tastes good as
some more expensive wildflower honeys at supermarkets or specialty shops. I grew up eating clover honey produced by a family friend on his farm (which is sweeter/milder tasting and more difficult to find), but I really like the more complex flavor of wildflower honey. Honey requires no refrigeration and keeps a long time before it begins to crystallize... which can be overcome with mild heating to restore liquid properties. It is getting harder to find local raw organic honey, or affordably priced raw organic honey. Factor in the ease of finding this delivered to the doorstep versus stops at several markets or scouring ads for honey on sale... no brainer. If wildflower honey is not preferred over clover honey, or other types are desired, check honey producers if any are nearby. Many cheap honeys in stores are FAKES, some do not contain ANY HONEY AT ALL.! I recommend looking for good local apiary produced organic raw honey, if possible, because it offers best health benefits against local/regional allergens. After that, nearby producers... assuming that the price is affordable. I switched to this product when two local producers' products DOUBLED in prices in the last 3 1/2 years... the reason the prices DOUBLED should be a common sense exercise! The next best thing to consider might be a non-GMO product from a credible family producer... some farmers' markets have good honey if one is nearby.
