SureStep Removable Platform 2-Step Trampoline Safety Ladder - Easy to Attach, Powder Coated, and UV Treated for Weather Protection

This is a great ladder. Very strong and the wide plastic steps make it much more comfortable on the kids bare feet than a ladder with bar rungs. Very easy to put together, just read the instructions and remember to put the "fat" side of the steps toward the hooks when assembling the ladder. All the bolts that hold the ladder and steps together are concealed in the steps out of the way except the 2 bolts on the bar that sits on the ground. It came with little plastic covers that are supposed to go over the exposed "nut" end of the bolt, they won't stay on. Instead I took black Gorilla tape (heavy duty duct tape) and went around these 2 bolts several times to keep anyone from scrapping their ankles on the end of the bolt. I could have also cut off the little bit of extra bolt or even just left it, because it probably wouldn't have been a problem anyway. The ladder works great and it's definitely better to have 3 steps instead of 2. The kids say they like this ladder much better than the plastic 2 step stool they were using before we got the ladder, because it wasn't secured to the trampoline like the hooks on the ladder. This would fit any trampoline well. Mine is not a JumpSport. Not the cheapest ladder I saw while shopping, but I'm well pleased with the function and quality.

Bought this to go with our brand new trampoline. I thought the manufacturer's own version of a ladder looked pretty flimsy and with simple pipe steps, would be painful on bare feet. This ladder turned out to be just the item. Went together in just a couple minutes. Easy assembly, and sturdy design. The top end of the ladder is made so that it will hook over the rail of probably any trampoline, whether made by JumpSport or someone else. The steps are wide and flat, but with a non-skid pattern. The long pipe base will keep the ends from burrowing down in the grass. Good design. I like this ladder quite a bit. Much better than the simple all pipe ladders. The overall design looks sturdy, and should hold up quite well in the weather. Excellent buy for the money.

Great ladder - fits perfectly with our 15' Skywalker Trampoline. Kids are able to get in and out of trampoline safely - although there is always adult supervision helping them climb through the net to get onto the ladder. The ladder itself is sturdy and was easy to assemble. I like that the rungs are flat so it's comfy for the kids feet and less chance of slipping. This is a must-have if you are buying a trampoline!

I purchased this product for a Skywalker 15 foot circular trampoline. The ladder came well packed and in a speedy manner (thank you Amazon). Unpackaging was very easy. The quality of the parts are evident. Assembly is straightforward and all you need is a philips head screwdriver and perhaps a rubber mallot. Assembly is required of course. I recommend you read the short parts/assembly guide and seperate the parts first. Pay attention to the six larger bolts and two smaller ones. They are not interchangeable. I also recommend a rubber mallot in addition to the required philips screwdriver. I had to use the mallot to gently bang the steps into place and line the bolt holes up. When you place the steps on the tubes for assembly, make sure they are facing the proper way (thinner side out). Another note is that when you place the nuts into the designated slots, you will need to push them down so the retainers will keep them in place. Be sure you do not use the wrong nuts (smaller and not square). If you do, it will take some work to get them out (I made that mistake). Assembly took 1/2 hour with my previously mentioned mistake. The design is fantastic and the flat plastic steps (as opposed to typical tubular steele) make all the difference for the kids and their bare feet. Ladder hooked easily. WHY I GAVE IT 4 STARS INSTEAD OF 5 The only problem I have with this product is two missing parts ("bolt covers" x2). I called company tech support and got through in 2 minutes to a live person (wow is all I can say). They determined I had an old parts manual and did not need the parts. They told me to follow the remaining assembly directions. The problem is that if you do this, the end of the bolts are inside the stepping area of the ladder and could lead to scraped ankles or worse. The bolt covers would have prevented this risk. Ultimately, I reversed the bolts (see photo) so the protruding ends would be outside the stepping area. Also, the bolt caps (x2) did not fit the bolts. So, I have to find a solution for that as well. Overall, despite the missing parts and minor confusion, I found this product to be better than others and perfectly suited for my needs. The price is a little steep, but the materials are definitely better quality.

Was not sure if this would be worth the money. Was I wrong...Perfect ladder for our 15 ft trampoline. Much nicer than expected. Very sturdy, love the flat steps. The 3rd step is a plus. Makes it easier and safer for my kids to get out. This ladder was super easy to put together. My 5 year old actually put the steps on and helped tighten the screws....so simple. Love the fact the bolts drop into a tight space so we did not have to "hold" it while tightening the screw. Only one negative...The bolt covers would not go on to cover bolt. (bottom step) No other complaints though...Love it!!

I had a ladder with 2 round steel rungs & didn't like it. It was too hard for me and kids to climb, considering we are usually barefoot when climbing it. This ladder has 3 flat steps and it is less steep than the 2 rung ladder, so it makes it easier to climb right into the trampoline enclosure opening and easier to climb out. And, of course, the flat step is much more comfortable on our feet. A huge improvement over the old one. I highly recommend it and wish I had bought one like this in the first place. The rod at ground level kills the grass pretty quickly. I think my old ladder didn't have that. But I still prefer it to the round rung ladder.

This ladder is the best and only "way to go" when getting onto a high trampoline. The wide steps make it easy on the kids' feet and adults' too! This is a well-built, sturdy, and durable ladder. It's easy to assemble. Did my research and bought this item to fit our trampoline, which is not a JumpSport, and it works perfectly. Make sure to measure to exact height to determine whether you need the 2-step or the 3-step. My whole family is pleased with this purchase!

This ladder is very easy to assemble and completely durable. It took me about 15 minutes (if even) to put this ladder together. Very, very easy assembly!! As for durability, our 8 year old and her friends are up and down this ladder repeatedly everyday. It's sturdy with very nice, thick, plastic steps, so it's very easy to climb. This ladder is so sturdy & stable that even my 6'2" husband has no issue with climbing on it.
