Q: Does these housings have the wiring that’s inside the headlamp. Plug and play?

Yes HOWEVER the manufacturer delivers one of them housings with an upside down connecter which makes it difficult to install because it is a tight fit and there is limited length of wiring to make that happen .

Q: Will these work for a 2006 tdi?

If these are the same model I bought I would not recommend them. Once I had them in I recognized that the method the manufacturer used to hold the light bulbs in the headlight housing makes it virtually impossible to change light bulbs. I’ll probably end up taking out the entire headlight housing to change light bulbs. Not quick, virtually impossible. As to will they fit, yes if it is the Mark V body.

They include bulbs but one of them was non-functioning. Which brought me the full understanding of how poorly these were made.
