I purchased this Hair Mask and it does not match the version I previously bought in Japan. I was able to compare them side by side. While the external design looks similar, the print quality on the jar is lighter and less clear. More importantly, the product itself differs noticeably in colour, texture, and smell from the Japan-purchased version. This is not batch or minor variation. Because the formulation seems different from what I’m familiar with, I personally chose not to use it. This is something first-time buyers would likely not notice unless they already own the original product. I also noticed that one of the product images provided by the seller includes a serious health-related warning, which added to my concern.

It's not original.

I ordered Fino Hair Mask from Amazon India and also used the US version. There is a clear quality difference. The US one is richer and works much better, while the India version feels diluted ,less effective, less nourishing, and does not give the same softness or shine even after multiple uses. Packaging looks similar, but performance is not. This is disappointing, especially for a product that is known for its premium quality. Quite disappointing.

Bad product made my hair dry

Left it on for 30+ minutes and hair came out dry and got dryer as the days went buy. Not sure if this is real quality.
