Defective- brand new
One of the earphones (left side) does not work at all. The item was purchased as a gift, and the person who received it is unable to return it due to logistical limitations. As a result, the product is unusable, the recipient is disappointed, and the money is simply lost. This was an $85 purchase meant to be a nice gift, and instead it created frustration for both of us. Quality control clearly failed here, and the return process is not realistic for gift recipients in certain situations. Very disappointing experience
