Not a hard core baker, but works well thus far, holding up well, know the smoke point of oils
I purchased these about 5 months ago, but I am not a hard core / heavy user. On the other hand the baker we replaced (aluminum) had lots of burnt on oil and crud, which could not be cleaned in spite of steel pads. These pans are a dark gray with orange silicone handles in a 5-piece set. The handles are ~ 3/4" x 3", with Rachel Ray inscribed on them, maybe they provide a little contour to not be so slippery, the color matches other RR product colors. The non-stick coating is inside and out. Product info says oven safe to 500 Fahrenheit. The set includes 2 x 9-inch rounds that are ~2" deep (pie pans), 1 x 9-inch by 13-inch rectangle (~2" deep) , 1 - 10x15-inch cookie sheet (~1" deep), and 9-inch by 5-inch deep rectangle (bread pan). I added the depths as I didn't see them in the product info.Again not a heavy user. Probably at least weekly roasting of veggies or heating frozen foods, like potatoes, at about 450 degrees. I lightly oil using a silicone brush to not cut/scratch the non-stick coating. I have tried not to get oil on the orange silicone handles and clean them off should oil get on them prior to baking. I have not had problems with the orange handles looking dirty or getting slippery. The silicone handles provide a good grip to load the oven and a good grip in my experience to take the pans out of the oven when done baking.I think one thing to keep in mind when baking is the "smoke point" of cooking oils. This may be a problem that other reviewers might of had. I attached a pic of the smoke-point of various oils, just a few examples is avocado at 520 drees, butter at 302, corn at 352, olive oil ~400, safflower (unrefined) at 225, etc.. So if you are cooking at a temp that exceeds the smoke-point of your oil, you will be likely burning oil on the non-stick coating, then stressing the coating in the cleaning, then repeating the stressing process of the coating. I have blackened some oil on the coating and thus far it has cleaned of well with a teflon friendly scum pad.Overall pleased with the pans, thus far. Need more use. Will report back with more experience. If you valued the extra measurements and information, please hit the "helpful" button, it provides motivation to do these additional measurements and searching for info for this great community. Best Metal Bake Pans EVER
I have been looking for good quality baking pans for YEARS. Have spent TONS of money on so called quality pans. These are the best I have Ever used. BY FAR. My roasted potato's slide right off as do my sausage pin wheels (which generally end up with me soaking and scrubbing about six times lol) Slide right off. I know one reviewer complained about sweet dishes but I have baked cakes (come out better than they used to in different brands pans and I did nothing different) Baked my favorite Carmel dessert and it didn't stick either (which has NEVER happened before) my sweet dishes just don't stick in these pans no matter what I've baked. Cookies my biggest problem was getting them out of the pan because they just slide all around. These are heavy duty pans. They have a nonstick coating that really is non stick in my experiance. Also these are Dishwasher safe so you can run them through your dishwasher if you like. But with all my good pans I wouldn't run them through the dishwasher. And these are so nonstick that its easy cleaning them by hand. These pans are amazing and I will be changing all my metal bakewear to these. And this set per peice is less than ten per peice so its well worth the price. I recommend these pans to EVERYONE.

High quality bakeware
You get 5 pieces here, if you bought them separately, they would be almost double in price (depending on where you got them). I really just wanted the loaf pan and the larger bottom cookie sheet (well, it has sides); both pieces are well made with a nice teflon type coating; I especially like the little silicone (the orange you see in the picture) places to put your hands that are not hot when having been in the oven. These pieces are not perfect (there is a tiny bit of food that sticks to them), but they clean up easily with soap and water and a minimum of elbow grease. So far they appear to spread the heat evenly although for various breads (like banana bread) it is kind of hard to tell. I would not use any metallic instruments on them as I think they would scratch quite easily, but if you are careful and use non abrasive cleaning pads (or just a dish cloth as stuff comes off easily), they should last a long time. The coating protects against rust (it is all over the pans), so that also should not be a problem.

Fantastic and Useful Sizes
The first day home, I used the bread sized pan to bake a loaf of bread. Usually I would let the bread maker cook the bread after mixing it. This time after mixing the bread and pounding it down, I baked it in the oven, in my new RR bread sized pan, and what a perfect loaf it came out to be. Best is, all I had to do when it was done is turn the pan over and the loaf fell right out. The cooking was very even. These are not aluminum pans. They did not twist as they were heating up.This pan set has very useful sizes and is one of the most versitile sets on the market for the price. They are sturdy, and beautiful to look at. I am totally satisfied so far. More later if anything changes. As far as the talk of toxic fumes coming off the metal, or it being bad for your birds and small pets when you use them for the first time (as said in the instructions, which one reviewer did mention), I am sure that it is propably something that California had them write in the warning labels, because these are not teflon coated pans. I found no smells or problems with fumes detected upon first use. Still, it is better to be safe and not have any of your birds around your kitchen while you cool or clean anything, because birds are especially sensitive to cleaning materials as well as food cooking sumes. Your oven itself has materials in it which can affect birds every time you heat it up.Good cooking!
