Monitor & track fitness in comfort with cute style!
Recently purchased the ZKSSGY Fitness Tracker (for women) to help me with my health & fitness journey. Easy to use with android or iPhone phones..connects easily allowing me to view my incoming calls, messages, & notifications. This watch has a 1.1" colored touch screen for easy viewing & changing the setting. Charges quickly with the included USB styled cord with battery life lasting me close to a week before needing recharged. This watch is also waterproof so no worries when caught in the rain and no need to take it off when showering either! This fitness tracker monitors heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep habits 24/7 making tracking & logging effortless. This will track steps, distance, & even calories burnt each day. There is even a stop watch so I can time how long each walk or jog takes me to complete. Built-in alarm clock allows me to nap with ease knowing I will be able to set the alarm to clearly & loudly hear the alarm to wake up on time. I can even check my blood pressure with this fitness monitor watch. This is a great way to monitor & log everything (no more wasting time writing things down in a notebook) to review with my fitness trainer or my physician when requested. Stylish with a comfortable wrist band...cute enough to be worn everyday. This was the perfect purchase for my fitness & health journey!!

Very confortable
The watch itself is lightweight and comfortable, so I can wear it all day without it feeling bulky. The step tracking, heart rate monitoring, and sleep insights help me stay aware of my habits, and the blood oxygen feature is useful for general wellness information. I like that it gives a simple overview without feeling complicated. The battery life has been solid, lasting several days on a single charge depending on how much I use the features. The band feels durable, and syncing with my phone has been smooth so far. Overall, it’s a reliable and easy-to-use tracker for everyday fitness and wellness monitoring. It delivers good value for the price and does everything I need for daily activity tracking.

Decent for the price. Active HR readings are not accurate.
While I find this to be accurate while you are not active, it doesn't work when I go on a bike ride. At all. I thought about returning it but it seems like most fitness trackers have this problem. I ordered a chest strap instead. I will still use this for sleep tracking which I believe it to be reasonably accurate. Not sure about the REM sleep accuracy, but the deep and light sleep appear to be accurate enough. I would return it, but unless I spend a lot more money, I believe I will have the same problem. All that said, the "fitness" part of the item description is misleading.

Only the Time is Accurate - And I Gets Worse The Longer It's Used
This tracker is such a disappointment. Based on the activity, it's anywhere from 50-100 steps below the steps completed. This is a replacement for a tracker just like this that I've had for 1.5 years. The tracker worked beautifully, but the band broke. That tracker was only off by a few steps when working out. This tracker is unbelievably inaccurate. The sleep mode is joke. The 1st night I wore it, I went to bed at midnight. I awoke at 6:25 am. The tracker showed I slept nearly 8 hours. I thought this was a fluke. But, no. It always shows I slept more than I actually have, even though the time I went to bed and the time I wake up is showing as accurate. I also have doubts about the accuracy of the breakdown of the sleep cycles. As for the blood pressure readings, this are way off. The systolic pressure is usually 20 points off. The diastolic pressure is 15+ points off. I have a home blood pressure monitor, which is very accurate. I check the tracker after using the monitor to compare readings and find it to be inaccurate 100% of the time. If you're someone who needs to monitor your blood pressure and pulse, it would be dangerous to your health to rely on this tracker's readings. Don't waste your money on this tracker. The only thing accurate about it is the time. Additional Comment: The longer I have this so called tracker, the more inaccurate it has become. I do some sort of exercise in the morning and usually once again later in the day to break things up. Problem is, the tracker won't fully track anything beyond the first workout. Today, for example, I worked out for 25 minutes this morning. I just completed a 30 minute cardio session. Before I started the 2nd session, I set up the workout mode on the tracker. When I completed the session and stopped the workout mode, it showed that I worked out for a total of 4 minutes and took 90 steps. There's no way to manually change or add a workout session, as there is on a Fitbit. This isn't a tracker or a health monitor. It's just a watch. It offers nothing but time and false advertising from the company that created it. Don't waste your money.

Great Looking/Performing Smart Watch
This fitness tracker is a great piece. It is simple to set up, and has alot of great functions. Battery life is great, syncs up to my phone through an app, and has alot of cute screen options. It monitors heart rate and sleep and will also count your steps. I purchased the purple color and it is really nice looking. I was also surprised that this will also display emails, texts and you can get a phone call on it as well. The battery is easily charged and lasts a long time depending on what it is used for. I have just been charging it every other day.

Step counter is significantly off.
I received my watch today. The beige color is definitely beige. It is a little off putting because it kind of borders on gray. Anyway, onto the more important part… The step counter is off between 30 to 59 steps. I am really disappointed. I wonder if I got a bad watch or if this is just typical of this brand. I counted my steps with both my arms folded as well as with my arms moving side to side like a regular walk. I counted them both. I then did a walk around the house and counted each one of my steps with my hands moving in typical walking fashion. The numbers were always significantly off. Again, between 30 to 59 specifically. It took me 12 steps to get from my bedroom to my living room. The watch counted those as 42 steps. I am disappointed ☹️😔

Too bad it’s inconsistent, as it’s very easy to read and attractive.
I love the look of this fitness tracker. Heart rate blood oxygen, and somewhat activity tracks fairly well. It is not consistent reading body temperature, and nowhere near close to tracking sleep! It had been tracking my sleep while I was taking a shower. I feel it necessary to return it more than anything because of the incorrect sleep tracking. I have a normally low body temperature and I would check it against my thermometer. The tracking device said I had a temperature of 100.9 whereas my thermometer was on the money at 96.6 my daily average.

Excellent smart watch
Very good smartwatch for the price. Accurately measures steps, heart rate and sleep. The screen is clear and colorful, and the battery lasts several days. It is light, comfortable and easy to connect with the cell phone. Perfect for staying active and monitoring health!
