The valve works just like is should.
Works just like it should. My water pressure is staying at a nice 65 psi. Good price compared to the big box store. Wile E. Coyote would approve.

Pressure regulator replacement
Easy replacement, preset to 50psi, quality item. The early warning sign was strong water pressure to start and then backed off to the adjusted psi.

Easy to adjust valve
I installed this valve on my incoming water line to my house, which had pressure that was too high. It works well, and the adjustment feature is easy to use. I recommend this valve if your water pressure is too high at your house.

Worked perfectly
This pressure regulating valve is a perfect replacement for my house. The old valve was starting to go, with the house water pressure going back and forth between fine and low. Took me a while to figure out the right model to replace mine, but once I did it was a super easy swap. Took maybe 10 minutes.

Well Made Pressure Reducing Valve
This pressure reducing valve is very well made and much cheaper than comparable brands. Installation was very easy, and adjustments were simple to make to get the exact pressure I needed to supply my "pump and dump" geothermal HVAC system. This PRV eliminated the water flowturbulance noise I was getting from the flow regulators in the system.

Finally a regulator that works
I have had this regulator installed for 3weeks. I replaced a Zurn 1” that would not keep steady pressure on a water line going to my house. So far this regulator keeps steady pressure of 55 lbs and has a lot more volume than the Zurn ever did. I’m very satisfied so far.
