Is there a trick to using this dispenser? i squeeze and squeeze. nothing. then when i take it away from my eye to look, a drop falls into the sink.!

Hello! To use OPTASE MGD Advanced Eye Drops: 1. Wash hands well before use. 2. Take off the protection cap. 3. Tilt your head backwards and put one or two drops directly into the lower conjunctival sac (the space between the eye and eyelid) while gently pulling the lower lid downwards and looking up. 4. Ensure you do not touch the eye or eyelids with the tip of the bottle. 5. Put the protection cap back on the nozzle head. OPTASE MGD Advanced Dry Eye Drops is lipid-based, and may need slightly more time for the drop to form on the dropper as compared to a standard drop. Use as directed. Thanks for the question!
