The package was well-wrapped, protecting its contents. Once opened, the bag was in a sealed plastic bag. I removed that to find the handbag wrapped in tissue paper. Every metal piece, the handles, and the key holder inside were wrapped. Once that was removed, all three compartments of each bag were stuffed with tissue paper to preserve the shape.Long story short, this bag was meticulous upon arrival. Not a blemish.The leather is soft but not floppy. I ordered the “soft pink” color, which is a gorgeous blush/nude. The logo on the front is subtle, something you don’t see these days. The bag is larger than I thought it would be. It has two compartments (closed with a magnetic button) and a central zipper compartment where I drop my wallet.Each of the outer compartments have smaller slip pockets inside. There is also a zipper pocket inside of one section. The bag has no outer slip pockets —which it honestly does not need, as it does not lack on storage. This, I feel, maintains the clean shape and aesthetic of the bag.The straps are substantial and feel good on my shoulder. The metal does not look cheap or flimsy. It is only lacking feet at the bottom to protect the leather, but it’s basucally perfect and exceeded my expectations entirely. I’m looking forward to ordering this bag in the “oyster” color next. It’s gorgeous.Edited to add: I was wrong. It does have metal feet on the bottom, making it pretty much perfect!

Luv luv this handbag, I’ve kinda collected a lot of handbags in my time but, this is the best color, made, it has a place for every single item! The leather is so soft & buttery! It stands up, handles are great size foe over shoulders. If I was ever designing a handbag this would fit the specks! Every thing is perfect! And let me just say the price is super, 100$ less than other places! When I first saw the bag I thought I would not be able to find it as they say it came out in 2018 new style, I really thought no way will I find it so so happy I found it! Oh just one more time the color is a soft cuddly pink, will go with everything! Can’t wait to leave house with it! Yea! Thx Amazon & Shophydra! I absolutely adore the pink one I ordered and have received a ton of compliments on it already! Very professional and visually pleasing handbag that is comfortable to carry around! Bag came packed perfectly & every piece was wrapped. Perfect condition & not one crease. I got the pink & it is beautiful. I was worried about the condition ordering online & afraid it might be a fake. I made sure I checked every detail, watched a YouTube video & even went to Macy’s to make sure it was authentic. I am satisfied & very happy with my purchase.

I like this bag a lot. The color is perfect for the warmer months. I like the organizing pockets and the separate sections. My only gripe is that although the straps are long enough, they are stiff and slide off your shoulder all the time. I wish they had a bit more texture or flexibility. At nearly $300 for a leather bag, it should be a bit better designed in that department.

The pocketbook was just what I was looking for. The center part was very roomy and the sides had inserts like for cell phone, etc. and one side had a zippered pouch. It was just like the one I saw in Macy's and for a much better price. Extremely happy with my purchase from Amazon.

Pleased with purchase. Ordered because of the pockets and sections so I could organize contents and find items easier. Did not disappoint. The leather is soft and the pink is a nice neutral color. Arrived well packaged from the seller and sooner than expected.

It’s very cute! I just wished they could’ve sent it in a bag to prevent it from creasing so much. Hopefully it’ll stretch itself out once it’s in use. Seems like a legit bag to me. It came wrapped in tissue and included a nice case for the bag.
