The product is as advertised. Like all the little, glow-in-the-dark plastic trinkets that come out of a cereal box or a coin operated machine at the local Wal-Mart®. If you hold them under a light then take them into a dark place they do infact glow. The product simply does not hold much energy nor for very long. If you put them in a garden path, do not expect a vegas light show. One hour after sunset, a subtle glow, four hours after sunset, not so much. Just another one of lifes little dissapointments, but buy them anyway someone somewhere needs that job where they dream of a promotion to the rubber dog poop department.
