There is no way to tell if this product measures accurately without a comparison lab test, which should be done regardless of using this product. We tested many plants and I just cannot agree with the results of these tests using this product. You may get a very limited general idea, but that is the limited ability of this product. Overall, I would not recommend this product...it is, however, the only retail product I've found on Amazon. I will be looking for another product next time around. One good thing is the product was delivered in a very timely manner.

Whatever they put in the vials that is supposed to react and turn color, is the thing the kit does not include extra of so if you make a mistake or need to redo for any reason, you're pretty much out of luck. If they sold the reactant powder separately so that you could do more testing, (because you have plenty of the other solution) then this would be a good buy and solid product but as is, they're making all their money off of people like me who mistakenly dumped the powder while trying to figure out how to use the test kit. I wasted two tests and my third test didn't read anything.

I am making my own oil infusions and wanted a test to make sure I was getting the thc and cbd in the infusions. No it doesn’t give an exact percentage but if your needing to know if thc and cbd are in a product it will be sufficient

Interesting buy. I used this to test some products I purchased hoping to determine potency. I was unable to determine the outcome because the colors are as definitive as I expected. It was a waste of money for me, but I’ll chalk that up to user error.

DO NOT BUY THIS! This product is a straight scam, they put a little powder or small piece of coal at the bottom of the vials to color the solution after you put it in the vials, there is no actual testing of THC or CBD they are just after your money, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

the test let me know the sample has moderate potency in thc and no detectable cbd.

The instructions are vague, however this is not a scam with powder or coal... These types of reviews are ridiculous and not helpful. The system works, I've used 2 kits and I'm ordering 2 more. I run multiple licensed cannabis facilities in California and I use them as a quick gauge for potency to calculate yields for concentrates and what or not I should further process product before I send out for required 3rd party analysis. It's tricky to get to the 80%-90% levels but with diluting the product and then multiplying results, it works just fine for an instant result. +-10% in my experience.
