While our device can be utilized globally, it's crucial to ensure you're using the appropriate adapter for your country's power outlets. The Nourished Bodynskin LED Masks come with cords designed to connect to the remote. This allows you to manage the power on/off function effortlessly, adjust the time settings, pick your desired light color, and modify the light intensity. Our remote control is wireless and has been designed for easy recharging. In the package, you will find a USB to type-C cable, which should be used to connect the remote to a Power Adaptor. To get the most out of your device, it's essential to wait until the battery indicator on display shows that it's fully charged before disconnecting it from the power source. This charging process typically takes about 3 to 4 hours if the battery is completely drained. However, to ensure the longevity and performance of your controller's battery, we advise against overcharging. Yes, I contacted the company and they said this product will be back in stock in about 2 weeks. You can already preorder it for when it will be back in stock.

Q: Does the mask cycle through all of the colors, or do you need to do each color separately?

Both. It has settings so you can choose specific colours if you only want to do one and set a time for it, or set it to cycle through them all in order for about 15 minutes, there is a QR link to a manual included that tells you which settings.
