Yes it should you should put the Avalon at the bottom for weight distribution.

Can I mount 3 behringer synths on this? (Neutron, modeld, krave)

The Neutron and Model D seem to be able to be rack mounted using the optional rack ears. It doesn't look like the Krave can be mounted this way (the width is a good deal less than 19"). I could be wrong . . . check with your vendor.

How tall and deep is the unit? I'd like to transport it in a case.

It is 9in tall and 11 1/2in deep
