Mud Flaps for 2015-2021 Subaru WRX STI - Multiple Colors Available - Mud Guards are Custom Cut and Fit - Includes All Mounting Hardware (Black with Black Logo, Original)

This review is for the Shortz, although I’m sure the standard size would garner the same review. I installed these on a 2019 WRX, which is not lowered. The Shortz are made for a lowered car but I purchased them for the styling. I didn’t want mudflaps that large, so that’s why I chose these. I went with the black on black. I also don’t like flashy logos or race car decals all over my car like a 2 year old. The all black flap looks great on my black car. The flaps seem very durable and they are a stiffer material as compared to the rally armor that flap around in the wind. Install was easy and straightforward. The only thing I did was get 2 extra stainless fender washers, the same size that are provided in the kit, to replace the little tiny washers that are used on the fronts with the angle bracket. The washers they gave for this are were far too small and don’t cover the hole. As a matter of fact, they are so small, part of the washer goes into the hole. Not very good support for the screw, in my opinion. You’ll know what I’m talking about if you purchase a set and install them. They are also made in the USA and cost almost half as much. Get these if you’re considering rally flaps for your WRX.

Fronts were extremely easy to install. Rears require removing wheels (better have a proper torque wrench to remount with appropriate lbft torque on lugs). Also, rear hardware is not as easy to mount to as front hardware. Rather than clips that the body kit holds in place while you screw in the screws, they are plastic circle inserts. So when you try to drive in the screws, the circles just spin and spin with a very difficult angle to get behind the mudflap with a second screw driver to hold those plastic thread mounts on place from spinning freely while screwing in. Not ideal but otherwise a perfect kit that looks great when complete!

The product looks really good on my 2020 wrx/sti. The installation process is very easy. The package came with pictures very easy to follow. My install time is about 1 hour. It took me this long because i have to removed my rear wheel to install the rear mud flaps but no worries as i expected it. The material is made very well not some flimsy plastic. The product came with all the hardware needed. I just wish that it came with extra plastic gromet for the rear mudflaps. I broke one of the gromet and i had to improvise so i can continue installing the product. Ecen thou it didnt came with extra plastic gromet for the rear mud flaps. I am still going to give this product 5 star.

The mud flaps are made of a pretty good quality material. Only complaints are 1) one of the pieces it came with for the back mud flaps was broken on arrival, luckily it was an extra (the only extra in the kit). 2) I had been given an incorrect sized clip that goes on the front L bracket. It was noticeably smaller than the other front clip, making install a little more challenging. Other than this, the mud flaps work and look great.

I installed these on my 2017 WRX STI. The installation process took less than one hour total for all four corners. In fact I believe I could install all four in less than 30 minutes if I had to do a second time. The kits include all the needed hardware, including washers, brackets, spacers, and screws. I spray painted my screws black to match the washers and the mud flaps themselves, but that was a personal preference. The hardest part of the entire install was removing the two small philips head plastic clips, one each, on the front underside of the wheel well. On both sides of my car the screws would no pop out and I ultimately had to break them off, which is OK since they're replaced with RokBlokz hardware. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and I found the installation process very easy. I only needed a philips head screwdriver, plastic trim removal tool, and a rubber mallet. I did remove all four wheels to install these mud flaps, but I was also swapping to my winter wheel and tire setup, and this provided me more room for installation too. I see how you could install these mud flaps without removing your wheels but honestly, just go ahead and remove them one by one if you have to; it just affords you so much more room to work.

They fit well, easy to put on the car, and have a video on how to install. They also gave me some smarties and stickers for the purchase. They are thick but not too thick. The green is the same color you’ll see on here.

Twice the price for RA when these are 100% perfect? No thanks! I've had these for just shy of 2 years now and they are 100% top notch. Have backed into raised sidewalks and thought I broke them, only to get out and see they are still in perfect condition. Have ran over an animal on the interstate and it broke my bumper and busted out my fog light bezel, but the RB is still there looking brand new. I don't know why people insist on RA when RB is perfect and half the price. Guess they think it's a status thing. Whatever...Want 100% of what you need for half the price? Buy these. Want to waste $100? Buy RA. 6 year update Have had these for 6 years now and still looking brand new. I put Armour All on them about once a month. They haven't bent or folded from age. Still have a nice deep black look. Only issue is the stickers are losing their ability to stay on. They may fall off soon. But heck, I never expected them to last this long. Still 100% happy with my purchase!

Purchased these prior to a new wheel & tire set for a 2018 WRX. I would have prefered not having flaps but the flush offset of the new rims compelled me so to keep splash to a minimum. Install was easy as advertised, just took some time. Overall I'm happy with result and would recommend.

Excellent, had [a competing brand] on another car years ago, prefer these, much stiffer. The round plastic clips for the back were a royal pain in the ass, had to take the rear wheels off just to hammer them into the holes. If it wasn't for the free candy in the package I'd be rating 4 stars just for that. TO THOSE SAYING THEY DONT FIT CERTAIN YEARS: you're doing something wrong because 2015-2021 saw no changes aside from the front fascia

These were the right fit for my 2020 Subaru Levorg 2 litre STI they are excellent quality and half the OEM price

Didn’t realize they are made out of a hard plastic. Could be fine for summer but winter I could see them cracking in the cold

Less expensive then the competition, amazing quality and look absolutely fantastic (beats rally armor by a Longshot). Can't recommend these enough. Save yourself some money and get better looks with these! Took about an hour and a half to install myself
