quite heavy to move about so I have it plugged into the corner of my bedroom and just slide it forward when I want to use it. This model has 10x10mins pre-set programmes as well as allowing you freedom of selecting your own routine. Just standing on it can give you a stitch in side. I use the board daily for 10 minutes in the morning and it sets me up for a day. Can't comment on weight loss as that was never my goal but I definitely noticed that my legs are more toned with daily use.

I’ve only had it a short while and I’m super impressed, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 5 years ago, I try my hardest to reman active and have found Pilate to be what works for me - this bit of kit complements and has had a very positive impact in short space of time, it’s a joy to use. Easy to set up, very sturdy build quality, it is heavy but has a little roller so it’s easy to move and fits nicely under my sofa.

I bought the Life pro turbo for my 82 year old father. I specialise in Neuro-muscular reprogramming. Basically work with peoples minds and bodies. I researched the product. In many ways it stimulates the muscles more than normal exercises do. It is deceptive. My Father's balance has improved within days of using the machine 10 minutes a day on programme one. He has more awareness of where he is in space. It would even work if used sitting in a chair with you feet on it. he says he feels emotionally happier. The Machine stimulates the hormonal system...stress relief. I have started using it on programme 1 as well. I am 60 years old with 49 years background in karate. I would echo other reviews. Start on programme one and work up. increasing the base area on the standing platform as the body adapts to a more rigorous shake as the feet distance apart are increased. In short 'stick to then programme'. highly recommended product.

Have only had this a few days but i am really happy with the unit itself. It is actually fun to use without the burning muscle pains of high impact methods. It is easy to use and (maybe i shouldn't say this when most recommend exercising every other day) i am using it several times a day and really feeling a benefit and i feel good overall. I do have qualms with the accessories. The resistance bands are too small for me and i could not stop them rolling into thin bands so have ordered others. Also i found the loop bands very light. I think they can be adjusted to make them shorter and therefore more resistance, but i chose to add a pilates bar and bands which is much better. This from someone whose exercise for the best part of the last 20 years has been a monthly visit to the chemists and occasional walks to the doctors when they want to see me. I am really enjoying getting my fitness and strength back. Would highly recommend this :)

I have chronic leg edema for years. Having been trying different approaches, and made limited progress. A functional medicine doctor recommended this to get lyphatic system moving to reduce the edema. Did some research and this brand came on top. The result is immediate. No leg edema any more. I use it three times a day of different intensity. It builds core muscles and bone density as well. I don't use it for weight loose, but others found it useful.

I spent a lot of time researching vibration plates and am so glad I bought this one AMAZING...I bought two one for my daughter...you would not believe how good there customer service is ITS Excellent!!!...I don't usually write reviews but feel so strongly about this product I had to..LOOK NO FURTHER.. JUST BUY IT..

Product arrived ok however the power connection is for American household and does not fit Australian. We have had to buy an power chord to fit separately from Amazon

I just received my LifePro Vibration plate on 12/5/25, the remote doesn’t work, I’ve tried calling for the 3 days and no response, trying to chat, takes forever to respond and now getting the third degree to get a remote replacement. so I’m a little frustrated with the service, makes me want to just return it. The product is very nice and sturdy and quiet, I really like it but not sure it’s worth the hassle, there are other companies out there that would I’m sure appreciate my money.

Super helpful for calming my nervous system, grounding, lipedema & lymphedema, movement when it's too cold out. Adjustable everything and fun to use. In my experience, vibration plates mainly all do the same thing. I like this brand and their price points.

It was the black turbo 3d. I love it. I relaxes my joints so I am not so stiff. Extremely sturdy and the noise level is very low. Its a little bigger than I thought it would be, but is functional and I did find a place to keep it where is is very accessible. It would not fit under my bed or my couch, but it sits at the end of my bed and works just fine. love the way it makes me feel.
