Battery life for the fully charged battery is exceptional, over 24 hours! The initial cycling break of the battery is time consuming, but after the proper cycling 2-3 times initially, the battery holds a charge that far exceeds the original.

Be careful when buying a new battery for your computer. This was not my first attempt. Some batteries claim compatibility in error. This battery is working well and I am so glad that I have no more swollen battery and I can once again use my computer without constant plugging-in to function.

UPDATE- Seller sent a replacement battery. I have been using it for a couple weeks now. This units so far lasts as long as the original did when new.Ordered this battery to replace the OEM battery in my Hp Envy. THE BATTERY PERFORMANCE IS NOT AS RATED IN THE DESCRIPTION. Battery is described as being rated 11.4V and 48WH. The pictures and actual sticker on the battery rate it at 11.4V and 4.0AH. After installation, the battery check in the HP Support Assistant recognizes the battery as being rated for only 11.2V and 3.5AH (or 39.2WH). The actual performance is even worse as this brand new battery does not even last as long on a full charge as the failing OEM battery that it replaced. Do not buy this battery it under rated and does not perform.

Lasted only for 2 years. One of the cells is bloated. The original battery lasted 4 years.

This replacement battery fits my HP notebook perfectly. Installation wasn't too difficult but takes a while due to the large number of screws to be removed. Battery life seems to be nearly as good as the original.

Removed old replaced with new works as it should. Complete match.

This laptop battery replaced an older HP Pavilion. Came with tools to access the old battery. It was an over all east switch out and works like a new battery now.
