There are only 30 servings in the container. The label says the serving size is 2 caps and 60 servings per container. However, there is only 60 caps in the container. This is equal to 30 servings.... it is very disappointing to receive only half the amount of servings I thought I was purchasing!

I don’t really know if I notice anything different but I assume it’s good.

Not sure yet how effective these are yet. Will update again after a month or so. I dont like the smell.

I took it for a month and feel so much better. An amazing product for sure.
