I used this to increase my milk supply when my son was ten months old. It increased my cup size from a D to DDD too because it increases milk producing tissues. I had PCOS and it severely affected my supply plus my son spent two months in the NICU due to being a 27 weeker. So I had a rough start establishing my supply with a pump. But this stuff allowed me to increase my supply even after so long and I was close to drying up. It worked better than blessed thistle, fennel, fenugreek, oatmeal, and Reglan all combined.

I didn't think it changed much until I started using daily.I know my hormones weren't balanced. I've been using it daily a few weeks ago. Noticed my period came on the same exact day I got it last month. Usually its 5 days early.I use the dropper and get it half full or a bit more..and put it into a lil bit of water. Wow! I did a lot of research on Balancing my hormones. I tried Maca, vitex, black cohosh, but this Shatavari finally brought me back into harmony. I'm 31 and had been on low dose birth control for over 10 years. I never realized how much those pills were effecting me emotionally and ruining my natural cycle. Hormones unbalanced can show as weight gain, excess fatty tissues, mood swings, mental focus issues, pills have even been proven to change the type of men we date. Look it up, solid research on that. So yes, no unwanted pregnancies but a major impact on your life. I found this out when I was started having night sweats for a whole year. 3 months off the pills to get back to my base, then expired ting with some herbs because i could still feel mood swings in the week leading up to my period and really fatigued during. This process lead me to Shatavari and now my emotional rollercoaster has ended. I take 4 to 8 drops on the tongue of this liquid on the day my period has ended up until 3 days before my period is do. My Cycles App for your phone is great at tracking this. Easy to use, can track symptoms and it predicts my cycle perfectly. Anyway, I'm taking a lot less than the maximum dose and I had no mood swings this month and I was able to stay focused. I have ADD which can be impacted a lot by hormone imbalances. Our cycles, aside from the the management of the the blood, should really be effortless and peaceful. Now it finally is which is a sign my body has found its hormone harmony. I hope this helps others looking to do the same. This product in particular is great because quite a bit of the research papers I reviewed found no impact with powdered forms where the liquid form, prepared like this one, created the shifts the study was measuring. It sounds more expensive but one bottle lasts me about 6 months. So even if you need to double the dosage that I am taking this bottle should still last you 3 months. The higher dosages aren't necessary so you get way more than 42 servings. I recommend putting it by your bed and taking it on the tongue first thing in the AM before you have eaten (absorbs better). Also, exercise even just getting outside and walking every day or kundalini yoga which is my routine, eating lots of veggies and lean protein with no caffeine or alcohol particularly in the phase of your cycle after ovulation really makes an impact on keeping your hormones balanced. This Shatavari helps balance what lifestyle choices could not. Note: After ovulation would be day 12 or 14 for most people until the day before you start your period. I bought this to help with breast milk supply. I've tried a lot of other products including fenugreek, brewer's yeast, motherlove special blend, and lecithin to help increase supply. None of the others helped much if at all. This definitely helped. I increased by an average of 2-3 oz per day. It doesn't have a taste when mixed with water as they recommend. It does have an odor like alcohol.

I bought this to help up my breast milk production & while I honestly hadn't noticed any improvement in that area I can say that I notice an improvement in my mood, energy level & those annoying chin hairs I'd been prey to have slowed way down in their growth (I used to have to pluck at least twice a week to keep the "goat hairs," from being visible). When I first got this I took a full dropper dose three times a day & when I missed a dose on day 3 I felt like I was PMSing (moody, sleepy, bloated the works). Then I reread the bottle and concluded that the "dropper bulb," amount was one squeeze of the bulb which is really 1/2 the dosage I was taking.I've adjusted the dosage and haven't missed one since & it's been smooth sailing. Just be aware of how much you take and when- this stuff works!

I have used the powdered form from banyan botanicals that was really effective for my mood, skin, and menstrual cramp relief. However I felt as if the results were still lacking as I was also looking for a more curvy hip area and wanted to lower any excess androgens I may have. While the powder for did not help my body and only face, this extract for actually makes my hips a little thicker looking which is a sign of estrogen. It also makes my skin glow just like the powder. Im going to assume the tincture is more potent which is why I get the more curvier bottom as well as opposed to the powder. Hopefully the results get better and better!

Shatavari translates roughly as "she who has a hundred husbands," and, well, it makes me feel pretty "feminine" in a way that the name would imply, lol! I love this extract, and highly recommend. Would likely enhance libido for women, generally. Also, leaves a slight, vaguely sweet taste in my mouth that's not at all unpleasant once it has been absorbed and in my system. I can usually tell about 30 minutes after ingesting on empty stomach. Highly recommend shatavari, and have used this brand with great results, even with other of their herbal extracts, too.

I have to give this 5 star so because it does have effect on reproduction. I didn’t take it to increase fertility but to balance premenopausal symptoms. However, a month after using this I got pregnant at my age (47) So yeah it works, but be careful for how it works.
