Brush hair not converge, not sure is it normal for a expensive kolinsky sable brush. Anyway i still keep it rather bother to return...

nice quality brush. of course with any brush you get from here, you run the risk of it being damaged, and this one was no exception. the cap was placed on it with some of the bristles bend backwards. i was able to reset the bristles and it works fine, but you would hope that with brushes of this price and quality, they'd be more careful in how they pack them. i'll say that the series 35 brush has more of a long tapered point to them, not as sharp as a raphael 8408 but longer than a series 7. it's also very narrow, almost like a rigger. the width of the ferrule on my size 4 is about the same as the ferrule on my raphael 8408 size 2. the bristles are also very soft, softer than either the raphael or winsors.

Updating my watercolor supplies and brushes to better quality. Expensive, but it will become one of the only brushes you will ever use. Hold paint well and tip comes to sharp tip

Very nice paintbrush

This brush was recommended by an art teacher for a class in botanical watercolors. Elegant look and feel. The fat belly of the brush holds a lot of paint and it comes to a point naturally.

Haven't stopped using it since it arrived. Holds a lot of paint and can make very thin delicate lines.
