I must say I was very disappointed with this purchase
I must say I was very disappointed with this purchase .Upon using the first time the wirespool split apart while retrieving the weight, rendering the whole downrigger useless.Needless to say I won't be doing business ,here again.On 7/21/14 I was able to contact Downrigger-Pro.I explained what happen to Alex and he seemedvery concerned about it and said I should receive the replacement parts in 2 days.I want to apoligizeto Alex and others at Downrigger-Pro for jumping to conclusion too early.
