My first ever best read self help book...really nice !!. Pressure in real sense that makes book interesting with loads of well researched information.

Great book which offers pressure management strategies for both short term and long term. Practical suggestions are offered which can be applied immediately in day to day situations. The author back up his strategies with research. The book starts with the author trying to explain what pressure is and how it affects our desicions. This section is a bit long as those of you who aren't interested can dive into the part where he offers solutions directly.

I have a great reverence for Financial Times and I buy almost every book that they recommend. So, when I saw the comments of FT on the cover page of this book, I thought to give this book a try. When I began reading this book, it appeared not so great to me! The first chapter was very normal and nothing fascinating there. But, from second chapter onward, the book took a totally different trajectory! I could not stop myself from underlining almost every 10th line of this book and folding every alternate page. The book is a Masterpiece. It will give you so much of insight into the science of pressure that you literally will never ever have the same levels of anxiety ever. Everyone should read this book- especially those who get stressed out about things easily and those who under perform under pressure.It is a book that you would want to reach out to over and over again!

Too many case studies is unnecessary. If the book was to the point instead of explaining through examples i would've loved it even more. COTE as explained in the book is useful. I like only that part of the book.

One of the best books i have read.It demystifies so many things.It is hard to believe there are so many wrongs in a system.Getting these factors right is a journey to be better and perfect.I loved it.
