I purchased this tool while networking, as I needed a set of flush cutters for toolless keystone jacks. They work perfectly and far better than I expected for the price. They also come with a handy cap since the ends can be sharp. I would recommend them for small wire, though I’m not sure how they would perform on larger sizes.

These are so cheap you’d think they will be poor at the job, but they are better quality than you may think, not only do they cut true and crisp but they are also spring loaded aiding ease of use. Excellent purchase, I’d recommend them to anyone

I was initially skeptical, given their rather unassuming appearance, but these snips genuinely excel for quick DIY and tech fixes. From rewiring my daughter's old guitar to trimming bits for my model railway set, they've proven versatile and reliable. Admittedly, the grip could be more comfortable, especially during longer sessions; my fingers felt a bit sore after extended use. I did notice that they struggle with anything thicker than 1mm, so it's best to keep them for lighter tasks. On the plus side, they offer a precise cut and haven't dulled despite frequent use. Just be cautious— one of the blades snapped while cutting a tough wire, so definitely heed the advice about wearing safety goggles. Overall, for such an affordable price, they do the job splendidly and are a solid addition to any toolkit.

Exactly what it says on the tin. Lost a bit of wire getting used to the sharpness but brilliant and good price.

So far after a number of days use cutting plastic sprues for models, the snips have performed very well. with a sharp, clean cut. I would recommend to any modeller needing a budget set of snips that perform as well as more expensive models I've had.

Works perfectly. Sharp enough for cutting fine wire e.g. picture hanging wire. Good grip. Small, lightweight and portable.

I bought these “wire cutters” to cut a skipping rope cable to size and when I attempted to cut it one of the pincers snapped off! What a waste of money it was and I’ll have to buy a proper pair from the local DIY shop now.
