I wanted to update my review as I recall I gave the book 4 stars before. After reading many other Blackjack/Spanish 21 books I can tell the difference between mediocre, good and excellent. She stays on point giving you all the most relevant points you need to beat the game. She also goes into detail about the mathematics allowing you to customize the play to fit your style. Absolute must have for anyone how enjoys playing Spanish 21 and Spanish 21 derivative games!

The book was interesting, but I wanted to ask the author some questions. Unfortunately she is no longer here.

Excellent book with lots of information. Basic strategy very easy to understand. This is now my favorite game.

Seems to be the only book out there on the subject. Pretty good.

a little hard to understand, but once taken in, it shows how to use a count system for spanish. worth the price to learn the count system.

The most confusing book on card counting systems I have ever read. Or tried to. I haven't finished it yet and I don't think I ever will. This book is that difficult. I do know how to count cards (five different systems) and play perfect basic strategy (the book) but this Spanish 21 "guide" leaves me scratching my head. Do yourself a favor and borrow The Pro's Guide to Spanish 21 and Australian Pontoon from someone else, odds are it will be in mint condition because they can't get through it either. Save your money for a nice lunch. You'll get more out of it.
