There are some missing gaps

I don't understand why someone would not consider this a kindle version. This book presents just like the real textbook version with page numbers just like in the book. I found this particularly helpful for my class when the instructor or students would refer to a page I was able to find it. Unlike other kindler version textbooks that have only location numbers that are not related to an actual page number in a book. I am still able to do searches in the text and go to specific locations/pages just like any other "kindle" version book. I think it's great!

I purchased this book in the Kindle format for a graduate class I'm taking . I've purchased several e-books and many of my textbooks for grad school and have enjoyed being able to use my iPad for reading and studying. I was disappointed to learn that Amazon has a new Kindle format that doesn't work on my iPad. It took two weeks for the Amazon help desk to tell me why I couldn't download the book to my iPad. Amazon did offer to refund my money, but at that point waiting to order the print edition would have put me behind in my class reading. And, I wanted the digital format, that's why I bought it in the first place. Before I purchased the book I double checked Amazon's information about the number of devices I could download the digital book. It was clear - only 2. My intent was to download to my MacBook AND my iPad. Nowhere did Amazon state that this format would not work on an iPad. Since I've purchased other textbooks from Amazon in digital format it never occurred to me that Amazon would produce a digital format that wouldn't be compatible with iPad. In the future I will be more cautious when purchasing digital books from Amazon.

Easy to read, full of info! Not just for class but anyone needing a refresher course in employee training and development

I am reading this book yet, but it has great examples of international companies and really is a good reference to buy and apply in this field. How to make the needs assessment for training is a great starting in any organization. The book shows that is important to involve employees, partners, customers, and stakeholders to reach organizations goals and be sucessful.
