These earbuds make good quality sound and are very light to ensure they don't fall out of your ears, and I've had no problems with that. My only issue is the sizes. It comes with three total pairs of ear cushions that go into your ear, what I didn't realize until after trying them, is that the only difference in them is that they all have different sized ear hooks, but the part of the earbud that actually goes into your ear stays the same on all. My problem with that is, while yes they stay firm in your ear, there's a gap between my right ear and the ear bud. So while my left ear gets full sound, my right gets about a quarter less of sound, and most of you know that it can be very uncomfortable, considering your left and right ear can differ in ear canal size. To kind of fix it I swapped the left and right earbud pads and instead of the buds facing downward, they now face upward, which also for me gives me more comfortablity, and they also don't cause pain on my ear anymore.I love these earbuds, I truly do, but I feel that there is a better design that could've made them even more comfortable, and they need to make different sized ear pads entirely, not just the ear hook. Other than that, they are really good.

I was a bit skeptical at first having earbuds without a wire, but these earbuds stay in the ear and never have any problems with them falling out. I've used them both for walking around town and in the gym and the earbuds stayed in place even during my HIIT workout.Both the design of the earbuds and case are excellent. The case is both easy to put in your pocket and appears to charge the buds as well. Putting them in the case automatically turns off the earbuds.There did not appear to be any distortion or annoying buzzing from the earbuds when playing music.You can use both earbuds in stereo mode or use one earbud in a mono mode. This is great option if you're driving and want to use the hands free talking. Remember to turn both earbuds on for a sec or less to keep the earbuds in stereo mode.With regards to customer service, I had a question about the earbuds and contacted their customer support by email. They responded within 24 hrs and answered my question.Overall I would highly recommend these earbuds!

I wanted new headphones without cables, I saw this headphone for a good price so decided to try them.I was pleasantly surprise by the quality of the earbuds.The earbuds come with a charging box. The box is magnetic so the earbuds easily slide into place in the charging box. They have a led that shows that they are in place and charging. The box used standard micro-usb to charge (Thumbs up for that). I charged the earbuds several time and the box still has charge for more!The sound is great and they are super comfortable. I used them while running and they fit perfectly on my ears.Pairing was very easy, my phone (Have an Android phone) has no issue at all connecting to both earbuds. Best off all, no cable dangling or over my neck while running. :)Pros:- Excellent sound quality- Love the charging box.- Very light (super comfortable).- Battery last more than 2 hours in one charge.Cons:- Non so far.I am very happy with the buy!

When i tried setting up the headphones, they connected individually and i can only hear out of one at a time. When i followed the "reset module" instructions, they didn't work and as far as i know it's stuck this way.Besides this, they sound great, the podcasts i listen too have crisp clear sound. Music has great base, which is something i really enjoy since the majority of the music i listen to is edm and i can hear every lyric clearly. Volume gets loud, battery life is good. I just wish i could pair them both at the same time. I'll keep trying and maybe i can make this a higher rating, but the confusing setup kinda makes me want to return them.Edit: the company told me how to reset them and it worked, they both play in sync now.

These earbuds are very comfortable and have good sound quality. The fit is snug in the ear and these are good for exercise. The issue I experienced when setting up was each earbud has to be synced individually and even when both are synced, I can only hear sound from one of the earbuds not both simultaneously. Obviously this is a drawback.
