I use it against a wall therefore rarely place all my weight upon it.If you are looking for something to press down on with all your weight then this is not the product for you.

Very Expensive ball!
This massage ball works a treat on tight glutes but it's very expensive for just a foam ball!

Handy little trigger point ball
Great little product, to go sling with put trigger point rollers. Very light weight and easy to use on tight neck muscles etc.

Complete rubbish
Its too soft - complete waste of money. You can't roll on it simply because its squishes into the floor. Waste of money. I'll give it a baby to play with!

Too light
Really disappointed with this. I have the regular foam roller and like it but this ball is too light. If you roll on it on the floor it compresses and then just slides across the floor.
