Great ring and value!
I've had this ring for 5 months now and didn't want to spend $350. Honestly it's another form of a fitness tracker. It's worked perfectly for me everyday since I've had it and I only need to charge it once a week if not slightly longer than that. I also have a Galaxy watch which can tell all the same information as the smart ring. The exception is I don't like sleeping with my watch on so the ring is able to record my sleep patterns each night and display the results on a graph in the app. I'd say it you don't want to wear any kind of fitness tracker on your wrist or don't want to spend money in a smart watch then this device is perfect for you as it's small and less intrusive. Haven't had any bluetooth or app connectivity issues and it hasn't discolored or scratched at all either. Keep in mind that no matter what price you see for these smart rings even the $400 ones they all do the same thing which is track your heart beat, measure blood oxygen level, track steps and sleep patterns. The $400 ring is not going to do anything revolutionary that this $45 ring can't. With that in mind, read reviews and choose one with generally good reviews. The app interface will be the only thing different from ring to ring with some that look more flashy or futuristic. This particular rings app is pretty basic and I've got all the information that's needed from it reliably. It's great bang for your buck so far!

Very inaccurate readings. Save your money
This was an attractive ring, but the readings were very inaccurate. Blood pressure showed same numbers most of the time and they were no where near the numbers I got on my blood pressure monitor. The oxygen level was inaccurate as well as steps. I returned it.

Pretty but useless, true to size
Updated: They redid the app and the ring works so much better! The ring is beautiful. This ring only tracks my pulse ox when I tap in the app and manually track it(no one has time for that). The ring fits great, feels great, and looks great. Fits true to size. Size 12 is a size 12 and size 10 is a size 10. Charging case is cheap but fine. There is a charging cable that magnetically connects to the ring itself which is nice. It would be nice to be able to rename the ring because I do have multiple rings in my house hold which gets confusing as to which ring I am connected to(I have to walk outside to the neighbors to connect my ring if I dont want to accidentally connect to my husbands). Battery life is good, lasts about 5 days. Sleep tracking could be better, it says I'm sleeping but I'm really just reading in bed or on my phone. I have a reaction to Metals and this ring does NOT make me react which is honestly impressive. I do get a little irritated after wearing it for 4-5 days where the charging port on the inside is, but its really minimal. I wear a samsung smart watch and NOW after the update my steps on the ring are nearly identical to my steps on my watch. Honestly after the updates and improvements they have done, this watch is well worth the money. I got the gold version and the gold is starting to wear off in places to silver. I am in the medical field and have to wash my hands 40-50 times a day and honestly its kinda a champ. I didn't think the ring would last long but it is holding up quite well. Im impressed. Hope they will update again and have blood oxygen auto record rather then having to manually record it. Glad with this purchase AFTER the updates

Excellent smart ring!
Nice ring for this price! Heart rate and oxygen are the same as my Apple Watch. The steps and sleep are way off but I only wanted it for the heart rate tracking. It fits perfectly, maybe a hair small. I usually wear a 9 on my middle finger or thumb and it fits both perfect. It’s holding up well, no scratches after working in the warehouse for three days. The battery life is incredible, it’s still at 99%. Super happy with my purchase!

Lots of cons
There are a lot of cons to this ring. I wanted to love it for the price but I wouldn't. There were 2 pros aside from the price..the comfortability and battery life were great. I've tried a few different brand for "smart rings", including the name brand oura ring. I've found you need to size up in every single brand. So that's what I did. Sizing up in this specific brand has been the most comfortable of all. It is not bulky like other brands which was great. The battery life was also great. I tried it out for a full 28 days to give it a real chance. (Just under the 30 days for the return window) during that time I charged it 3 times. One of those being the initial time it arrived. I almost made the decision to keep it but last minute made the choice to try one more ring and ended up going with that instead. Now into the cons. Which for me, the biggest 2 were the main reasons I chose to return it. I could have lived with all the other cons. 1. The app was terrible. It crashed all the time. The settings were terrible. Little functionality. Limited options viewable as for as ring features. Checking sleep score, HR, pulse ox, etc. 2. The preset time frame for monitoring sleeping. It only allows you to track or monitor sleep from 9p-9a. I couldn't find this information anywhere in the description, manual, etc. I work night shifts 75% of the time which means I sleep during the day. So I cannot track my sleep cycles. Which was my purpose for a smart ring. I do have a smart watch I typically use..however, I don't like how bulky it is while I sleep. This was my main purpose in switching to another ring. You also cannot view any sleep details in the app. It only shows you how long you in each sleep cycle. This was another huge con in both of my first 2 cons. 3. It doesn't check pulse ox on its on. You have to manually check it. Not a huge deal but again, not advertised. 4. You cant adjust how often the HR is monitored. It's automatically set for every 15 minutes. You cant view details on the app. Only the most previous HR. Again, not a huge issue but I do like to see changes during sleep cycles. 5. It doesnt track stress levels like advertised. For me, not a huge issue as I mostly wanted it for sleep but might be a bigger issue for someone who wants smart watch like an oura.
