I am already benefiting from this brace. I work from home and find myself at my desktop 10 plus hours a day and also put in time on weekends. I've always tried to sit as properly as possible but constantly find myself slumping, slouching or all out hunching over. My shoulder and neck pain has been increasing over the past year and I have done everything from massages to chiropractic adjustments. I've been wearing this brace for three to four weeks now and it is definitely helping. I have to adjust it through out the day and I wear on top of my first layer. Usually a thin shirt. I tried it over my sweater one day and was very uncomfortable. It takes some getting used to and playing with the straps to find a comfortable fit but like I said worth it! I am 100 percent happy with this purchase.

I’ve tried this a few times however it doesn’t seem to do much other than be uncomfortable on my arms. There aren’t helpful instructions and I almost wonder if you’d need help putting it on. Maybe I have good enough posture that this won’t help, other than make you aware that you are consciously trying to sit straighter.

The images that I saw show a man with plenty of "slack to adjust the fit. Not so with the one I received just now.Also in my opinion it looks like the center of the device should come down to the middle of my back. In actuality its seems more like at best its 3/4 - 7/8 of the way down my shoulder blades.

Doesn't fit as shown in pictures. When tightened, it rides up into armpits which is extremely uncomfortable. I returned it.

The strings are a bit too long for a skinny person, which makes it not very comfortable on the shoulders.

Good for me ，now I feel more confident

This is definitely not adult size. If anything it's for small adults ie woman and children.Could barely get it on, with help, and after a few minutes minutes was cutting off circulation making it useless. It does do what it was designed for, just not for a grown man like me.

Though it could use a little improvement. Not as comfortable as I thought. The under amps straps are a little to thick for me
