Beautiful and amazingly comfortable. I thought it would be very heavy and difficult to ride without the pedal assist but it is smooth and easy to maneuver. With the electric system turned on is a light motorcycle with good response and acceleration. It reaches 31 miles/hr and the different power levels increase in ranges of 6 miles/hr each. After an issue with the FedEx delivery, the supplier was always supportive and following up the case to solve it. Packaging and quality of components are excellent. I had to watch an unboxing video to properly unpack and assemble the bike. The user manual needs a little bit of improvement to describe the operation of the different features of the bike,but the bike is GREAT!!! I hope it stays reliable and durable.

Retired USA E8 and am 70 years old. Ride cross country and had to switch to an electric bike since having a knee replacement. Rode 30.54 miles today at level 3 with an average speed of 17.3 mph and 1:45 minutes. These are country roads in Texas and have a mixture of flat and hills roads which all are paved. At the end of the ride I still had two dots left on the battery monitor. The first time I rode I really pressed it and rode on level 5 going 23 to 36 mph depending if it was uphill or flat road. Went about 20 miles with the lights on and still had 1 dot left on the battery monitor. The instructions that come with the bike are poorly written and don't give trouble shootiing pointers in case you run into a snag. Not really that hard to assemble. Great bike!!!

The Ebike is durable, stylish and comfortable to ride. In addition the battery life allows me to ride all day and return in the late evening. The customer service is great, answered all questions and helped me replace a few parts based no fault of my own. If you can get your hands on one of these Ebikes I definitely recommend it. You will love it and get lots of compliments when you are out riding 100%... I'll buy the new version when it's available

This bike is CRAP!!! I live in Florida. The flattest state next to maybe the flats in Utah. This bike is advertised as a mountain bike. Can take a 40 degree climb. Yada yada yada. It couldn't handle the sidewalks in Florida! The right pedal bolt snapped in half mid ride. The rear motor burned out. The battery is already half dead, and fixing either one is a third of a new bike. This is the second bike I've burned through in a year. They're all junk!

I really like the bike its fast, sturdy, safe and easy to ride. I first purchased this bike around Christmas time. I had it for a month and only had a chance to ride it a couple times. All of a sudden there was a problem with excelleration, So, I contacted customer service, I was in contact with Chris pretty much every day until the matter was resolved. Chris was prompt returning text and emails, he did offer a few different solutions, but to no avail. So, he did finally offer a replacement bike. Customer service was attentive and accommodating. Big picture, the bike is great, and Chris did get my matter resolved.

3 wks in & 300 smiles later the V3 is performing as it should! Built rugged with a tough look the bike performs as it looks! I should mention how many hours i spent researching, comparing, and reading reviews before i decided on this bike. Realistically you can expect a 25 mile range on avg while putting the machine to work. Added was another 48v20ah on the rear rack which doubles the amp hrs. I am very satisfied with the purchase! It's awesome! Plus the staff at J&H were right there to answer my questions. I was very impressed regarding there quick response time! These guys don't disappoint! I highly recommend! - thank you!

Overall a nice bike, very heavy. Holds charge well. packaged pretty good, no damage. Had to modify the fender brackets and back rack to fit. Looks like they were for a different bike. They claim 35mph. I have tried numerours ways to get beyond 25 but no good. Contacted customer service. They wanted pictures saying maybe wrong front end was shipped, nice. Sent me a false email and then decline to answer. There are a lot of other companies wth many more reviews than this one. I took a chance and might have lost. Will update if they fix it.
