The earthy taste enhances dishes like chutneys and curries nicely. However, measuring the crystals is a hassle. Even after a week of use, I struggle to get consistent amounts due to the irregular crystal sizes, making it hard to gauge for recipes. A grinder helps, but it’s an extra step that feels inconvenient for daily cooking.

Nice salt, easy to powder it. Flavour is good, but you have to add a little excess salt for the taste while comparing to ordinary table salt. However this salt is a more healthy option.

NOT PURE HIMALAYAN SALT[Most Probably its Processed]
It is some good Mineral Salt but not Pure Himalayan Salt. Its not written but i think its Processed. Reason being it has a Best Before Date, whereas Pure Himalayan Salt has No Expiry Age ! I would recommend Not to buy, Also it cannot be Returned.

It's really good.traces of 84 mineral but point to be noted that is iodine bit low. So now you have to balance it with iodised salt while cooking food.
