Lightweight and compact size
There is too much steel on handle which I find my finger contacting and getting slight burn this apart kettle is easy to handle.

Looks good and whistles nicely
Good looking kettle with a nice whistle. Handy smaller size for gas ring in camper van. I like the look of the wood effect plastic. Nice and light too.

Pleased with it
Instructions say to fill boil and empty a couple of times before using and do do this as I was lazy and the water had a funny taste first time. Seemed to take longer to boil than expected at first- maybe something to do with it bedding in, but it got a lot quicker. Am taking more care to centre it which undoubtedly helps.Just took it down a star, because the wooden parts aren't wood. I should have known really. But they are a warm tactile material and look good.

Poor customer service.
It took a while to arrive, as they messed up sending out the wrong Item, they did not reply at all to my emails or texts, so not very good customer service. But the Kettle is good does whaat it says on the tin.

Excellent little kettle
Bought this to go on my newly installed eclectic induction hob. This way of heating water is stated to be marginally more efficient that a free standing electric kettle and considerably more efficient than a gas hob or microwave oven. Gets rid of one appliance and its associated cable on the work top. Quite difficult to find a small one, such as two litres or less, and if you do not need a large one do not get one as a main feature of efficiency is being able to heat up as close as possible to the amount of water you actually need. Remember does not turn itself off , so you have to stay in the vicinity. Fortunately the whistle is ear shattering ! It mechanism is excellent too.

Smaller than expected
This is a nice looking kettle that boils water fairly quickly and doesn't incinerate your hand when taken off the stove. It really isn't 2 litres though. Practically speaking it's just over half that. We poured 2 litres of water in and a goodly portion of that overflowed from the spout. It will hold about 1.4 litres up to the base of the spout at a push although I have concerns that it will overflow when boiling this much water. The whistle is pleasing and more than audible though. All in all it's a nice enough kettle for the money but be aware that the 2l tag refers to the total area rather than the capacity for boiling water.

Small and neat.
A deceptively dinky-looking kettle, with a nice un-fussy look.Used on induction hob. Boils rapidly, but that will depend on your induction hob's power. Seems to be all metal and robust. The 'wood' is a printed rubbery laminate, which is very pleasant and feels quite tough. However, a portion was already scratched off on the spout-opening mechanism's button due to a manufacturing defect straight out of the box. However it's a cheap kettle and it's going to get limescale on it and beaten up, so I can live with that. Would've been 5 stars otherwise.
