I used these for some whiskey smokers. The chips are good quality, they work well, and a better value than many others.

Had heard about indoor smoking and wanted to give it a try. After reading about the methods I decided to try some boneless pork ribs in my cast iron Dutch oven. Used my regular BBQ rub and 3 tablespoons of The Oak Wood Chips sandwiched between 2 pieces of foil under the meat rack. Gave it 10 minutes on high and lowered to temp to medium for 2 hours. Wow. Almost as good as my outdoor smoker. Now I know if I want good BBQ on those rainy winter days I can have it. Definitely recommend Stovetop Smoker Wood Chips.

Way way overpriced that’s a joke

Works great in my portable infuser smoker. It only takes a about 1/8 teaspoon per use. This was never intended to be used in a large traditional smoker. You need wood chunks for that.
