I started using the Designs For Health bovine-sourced whole body collagen 2 years ago, after 1st Dexa scan result was Osteoporosis. I increased exercise, improved the diet and take D3 and K2 daily. Had 2 year follow-up Dexa recently. No significant change in bone density, but that is a win for me over getting worse, bc I refused to go on Osteoporosis drugs that could cause jaw problems or fractures down the line. I also have allergies to several medications, and if I were to go on a drug and have to stop it, that would be worse for the bones. Yes, this collagen is expensive, but with it, & proper diet & exercise, I'm feeling strong, without drugs. Trail walking, several fast-walking 5ks a year energize me. My friend, whom I hadn't seen in several years, just the other day commented on how smooth my face looked (no makeup either). My hair & nails are healthier, imho. The collagen is odorless, tasteless & I stir half to 3/4 scoop into 1 cup (8 oz.) of unsweetened coconut yogurt, along with 1 full scoop of vanilla Orgain Simple protein powder and some pre-ground flaxseed, for the Omega 3s. I add in a handful of pepitas (store brand pumpkin seeds), a handful of nuts sometimes, then stir in a little cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin spice, ginger, and a few freshly-thawed blueberries and or strawberries (quickly thawed in microwave). 'Sounds like a lot of prep, but it's really quick and easy! Then I walk or do yardwork, whatever I want to do, for my body to get the most out of the collagen and protein powders. Yes, I definitely recommend this product, although it is very expensive for me to buy. Osteoporosis drugs are not for me. Great that it has three different types ofCollagen and like that it has no flavor.Put it in coffee and can’t taste it.Mixes well.

I have been using this collagen for over a year and I really love the results. I think it has helped my skin and hair health.

I’ve only been using this product for the last two weeks , going on my 3rd. It’s too soon for me to judge pro/cons. I will say it’s an easy drink in 8oz of water , (I use more like a 10oz mug). Be aware, you must add powder first, then the water. Stir well then wait several minutes, as it continues to dissolve and will continue to do so slowly. Just sip through a straw a little at a time as you drive to work, for example. Or as your first glass of water, straight out of bed.It’s tasteless and doesn’t really alter the water taste. You pickup a sense of something on your tastebuds , but not strong enough to label this a specific taste in the water. Perhaps, in another few weeks of use, I have more to say.I Suspect it will be positive, thus far.

I really love the ingredients in this product but don't want to spend this much money every month so I alternate with others. They really would make more profit if they brought down the price and sold more volume.

I got this product on the Sept 29 and it’s now Oct 18, only have used 1 scoop (serving) per day and even skipped one day, and there is only about 3 servings left, the packaging says about 30 servings and I have only used up 18 servings. They do not put in here as much as they say advertised. It’s a lie, you get less than you pay for.This also used to be the best collagen on the market and it dissolved perfectly in liquid. It no longer does that like it used to. I am skeptical that this is a scam brand advertised as Designs for Health. I am acquainted with the people who make and sell this company and this would not be acceptable.
