Great jam. Tastes really nice.I am not sure about the nutritional values to be honest so I cannot comment on that aspect of theproduct at this time.The jar is great as it is wide diameter so it is always easy to get the product out.I would recommend this product.

Not what I hoped. Sweet but lacking in fruitiness. Got on a deal , so it was good enough value. I think kids would like it, its probably a better balance for them, more sweet than fruity so not as sharp as some makes. Not my first choice, but I would buy again
